Old! The scanners and CC readers don’t work . Every time I go in to get scrips I’m at least 6th in line ! They double fill scrips and do t realize.. It’s awful!

The CVS is cluttered and dirty. I just got back into my car and found hair in my wife's medication. There is also small fabric fuzz stuck to some of the pills. This is disgusting and unacceptable. Will not be using them anymore.

Well I spent 4 days in the hospital because CVS was unable to provide me with my diabetes medication, Trulicity. Going on 4 months now. The pharmacy told me to go to Walmart. My insurance doesn't allow me to use Walmart. I ended up passing out on the subway platform into the tracks. Thankfully no trains were coming and I didn't contact the 3rd rail! The hospital contacted my insurance company and arranged it so I can use another pharmacy!
Now they can't provide me with insulin!

Worst CVS pharmacy ever! The women with grey hair and glasses treats her coworkers like dirt right in front of customers. She doesn't treat customers any better. Very rude, unkind and unhelpful. Taylor the Manger isn't much better with human interactions himself. Will be using another pharmacy. This is based on consistent issues over several years. There is always a problem. Would give 0 stars if I could. Don't know how this place is still open without intervention.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! Older woman with grey hair and glasses at the pharmacy (she never wears a name tag for a reason- so no one can report her to corporate) should not be working with the public in any capacity. Period. She is absolutely awful to deal with, is so rude to customers and is in no way, shape or form helpful. There is always an issue with them, saying they never received prescriptions but when you call it says your prescription is processing… have had numerous times where they’ve “sent a message to my doctor” so I call my doctor and they have received nothing from CVS. It is always some kind of issue and it seems to be the pharmacy, not anyone else.Understaffed or fully staffed, there is no excuse to be rotten to customers that are just trying to get their medicine.I won’t get into the time this woman basically called me a pill seeker for asking to pay out of pocket for my THYROID medication- you know, a medication I cannot go without because my well being depends on it.After spending over two hours throughout the entire day (went there at 9 am, sat on hold for over an hour and went back after work) yesterday trying to get a prescription filled for them to tell me the medication is out of stock- it was the final straw for me. I switched everything to another pharmacy in town that is not CVS and I was treated like an actual person and met with a smile at the counter. Amazing what a difference it is going into a place that doesn’t verbally abuse their customers.

I’ve been coming to this CVS for 3 years now and love it. Over the years I’ve found it so hard dealing with pharmacies. These days it seems so hard to find patient and friendly pharmacists. But this location stands head and shoulders above the rest. The pharmacy staff are so nice and helpful. We get all our vaccines and medications here.

The pharmacist is very rude and judgmental she made assumptions and had no empathy im very understanding of the job and the difficulty of telling people things about their medication and how people react but I literally wasn’t argumentative she just judged me and didn’t even know why I was taking the medication I was taking she just assumed I needed it for frivolous reasons

Even when it gets super busy and the line is long, the staff are always pleasant and try to help to the best of their abilities. If you ever have an issue just ask to speak to one of the pharmacists, especially the manager, she has always been quick and efficient with helping me each time I have encountered an issue with a prescription

I do like my pharmacy but at the moment I'm pretty outraged. My prescriptions have been processing all day. I have now and still am on hold for the pharmacy for an hour. I get they may be busy, but corporate needs to hire more help.
