Zero stars. You tell me you have tried to deliver but no truck has ever come to my house. I have contacted your support center twice but you do not respond. My phone number is on the package. How about picking up the phone and asking for directions if you cant find my house?

Driver drove thru going neighborhood about 40mph and never stopped then get a notice saying package was delivered! No proof of delivery or picture now can’t get fedex to locate my package. Worst customer service!!!
