“I called this Hannoush on a hope and a prayer a week before my wedding due to my setting for my diamond being an absolute mess. My engagement ring was not bought at Hannoush, however, we had always heard good things about them so we gave it a shot. It was a 4-prong originally and it was always getting loose and became so crooked.
They told me to come in that same day I called to see what they could do. They ended up changing the head entirely to a 6-prong for me, for a reasonable price in my opinion. The gentleman that took care of me was the real MVP and made sure the timeline of fixing the ring would align with the wedding. I picked it up quite literally the DAY before the wedding and I was absolutely blown away by how it turned out. It looks even better than it did before and I’m absolutely in love with the results. So thankful for their calm energy, great customer care, and the beautiful job they did on my ring. My family and I also looked around after picking up my ring and they have some really gorgeous stuff in there. Would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back in the future.”
“I originally went to Chateau Jewelers for some jewelry repair. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I went back with a large dichroic glass “bauble” that I made in my kiln and asked for it to be set in sterling silver. They did an amazing job! I agreed to artistic freedom and was so pleased with results. I personally can’t recommend them enough.
