They lobbed off so much of my length without consulting on how much to take off. Asked if they could give me a layer to give me a “style”. Proceeded to brush my curly hair into a knot at the top of my head and chop said knot off. Layers as short and shorter than my face framing pieces. My shadow looks like a literal dick head. 5 minutes was all it took for them to butcher my hair. I was desperate for a cut before vacation. Am still wearing a hat daily to this day. Tipped. Left. Cried. I should have known better but honestly train them better. The only goal shouldn’t be to get people out fast. Just…. Ugh.

I asked for my hair to be cut at least 6 inches and the lady barely took off an inch when I asked to have a little bit more cut. She completely dismissed me and did the same for my nine-year-old daughter.

Got hair cut by a stylist thatcould not be less pleasant, quick cut, never showed me a rear view, never ak if I wanted product,never looked up when I tipped her, just a miserable person.

Unfortuantley, neither the haircut nor the attitude were on point today. I took my teen in for a cut. They showed an inspiration pic of what they wanted. The stylist kind of condescendingly told my teen that they have straight hair and the picture showed someone with wavy hair. Totally fine. It’s just inspiration and we’re well aware we can use product to add texture.
Then when she was almost finished with the cut, I could see that there was still more “bulk” than my teen wanted. So I reminded my teen that I thought they wanted an undercut. The stylist said (rather rudely) “well there’s no undercut in the picture”. And at that point my teen had enough of the negative attitude and was ready to go. The cut was way shorter and choppier than we were looking for.
I paid and left a tip, although in hindsight I wish I hadn’t tipped. We’ve been here many times and today was the last time for sure. Definitely don’t recommend this shop if you have a child or teen who is a bit shy. There was no room for any fixing. The stylist was very much done when she was done and it didn’t matter that I was suggesting a little more work. The cut start to finish was less than ten minutes.

There was a white lady who washed my hair and cut itI felt a littoe racism because i could see the treatment for a lady beside me and then there is meShe also cut my hair awfully small and no proper layers now my hajr looks like two different wigs snapped onto eachother

Arrived when the store was supposed to be open. Both Google listings and the door showed the store to be open. Lights were off and store was closed with no note or explanation.

Went in for a cut.great atmosphere. Friendly staff and Monday was not too busy so I was in and out. There was a guy in there whom is a barber wow what a great cut he does one of the best.the receptionist was so sweet. I had Kim she gave me a great cut..got busier just as I left great timing. ? is the first I'll be back.Service: Haircut

I had a great experience at this Procuts. I got my hair cut and styled by Kim. She is very fast, so I was worried about it coming out right . I wanted a slanted Bob cut and that is just what I got. I was extremely pleased. This Procuts is clean and attractive. The receptionist is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. This is a great place to get a cut and style.
