I had to take my 10 month here to get blood work done and I was very nervous because we had a bad experience at her doctors office for blood work but the woman at this Quest did AWESOME! She was very calm, quick, and even sang Ms. Rachel to my baby when she cried during the blood work which helped calm her down. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I’ve tried setting up 3 online appointments to save time. All 3 times it confirmed I was checked in. When returning to Quest they did not honor my online appointments and stated I would have to re-check in and wait.

Difficult to make appointments, there are no walk ins. Made an appointment and can’t verify that I have one! No confirmation.

You're getting 4 stars because the Phlebotomist Ashley and the student with her (I sadly didn't catch her name) saved the day.Whoever runs the front desk is quite rude and snappy. Please realize you have new patients coming down from all of the medical offices who may not now the procedure of checking in.Ashley you were so fun to talk to and I wish the student who was with you all the luck! Like I said if she could draw me first try she just be able to graduate now! :)

When I walked in I was met by an older lady with glasses and brown hair who looked aggravated. I asked if I could get a blood test. She said I DON’T WORK HERE! I said could you get someone that does. She said no she’s busy. The woman got ruder and angry. Finally the flebotomist came out and took me. She was wonderful. Kind, courteous and experienced. The waiting room is old and dirty looking. The woman that said she doesn’t work there but was behind the Quest desk and Quest sign shouldn’t work ANYWHERE.

These are the professionals at drawing blood. They never hurt, and always have a great disposition. I can't say enough good things about this facility. My results were available in less than 24 hours, check-in was a breeze. No covid slugs here. Kerry K was great.

I went to quest diagnostic in Middleborough. I was told I owe $128 from my last time I had blood work. The reason why I owed $128 was because someone in their office put my insurance in upside down. My primary insurance they put last, my secondary insurance they put first. Anyone knows Medicare is always primary…Then they told me if I didn’t pay my bill they would not draw my blood. !!! I given a phone number to call… I called four times, three months past. And they never returned my money. So I called them and told them that I was going to report them to the News Station …. With that they said they would refund my credit card. They lied to me numerous times. They submitted my insurance wrong, promised to refund my money out of money and didn’t . I can’t help but wonder how many other elderly people they’ve done this to….

Not convenient. Not easy. Terrible. If you like to wait 35 minutes to drop off labwork from the doctor then I suppose this is the lab for you. Also the waiting room is not organized and dusty/dirty.

6/7/22 Arrived at West Grove facility and signed in. Info indicated I could wait outside and would be notified when my turn came. So far, so good. It was a beautiful day so I went outside and sat on the bench. Got a text at 10:07AM to complete registration. Did so. Got another text at 10:41AM saying "Please return to the Patient Draw Center for your collection. Did so, arriving about 2 minutes after the text. Saw my "name" (JOH M) on the screen with "03 minutes". A "JAM ?) was also at 3 minutes. At this point I was thinking this was great. True I had been there about 35 minutes, but I was a walk in, and I got to wait outside on a nice day. So, I sat down to wait the remaining 3 minutes. 30 (that's thirty!) minutes later a woman came out and called for "James". Shortly thereafter both JOH and JAM were no longer on the wait list. A few minutes later a woman came out and called someone else. I asked why I had not been called. She said I had been. 3 times. Total BS. It was now after 11:10AM. I had been back in the waiting room over a half hour at that point. In case there was an issue with the text I tried to show her the time stamp on the text they sent saying for me to return to the draw center. She had no interest, just insisted I had been called but was not there. If I were called while outside on the bench I would not have had any way of knowing, and she refused to look at the text I received. If there were a problem with the delivery of the text, that's one thing - a failure of the technology. But to insist that I was at fault, for not being there when called (if in fact I was actually called) when I arrived back in the waiting room within 2 minutes of getting the notification text, was frustrating in the extreme. I will add that the phlebotomist did a nice job on the blood draw (4.5 stars), but at that point I was too upset to say "Thank you". Of course, the whole thing could have been avoided if only Quest had someone at the window with whom people could speak. One more thought: If you could provide the ability for people to reply to your text about being ready for them, so they could let you know when they are back sitting in the waiting room, there would be no question as to readiness. Because in this instance your text arrived at 10:41AM but it appears (if I can believe your person) that you were calling for me well before that (3 times!?).

I have unfortunately had to go through way more testing than anyone should have to over the last year. Every experience i have had at the Middleborough Quest has been EXCELLENT. Whether it be early morning or in the evening, on the weekends or weekdays. Even when they have clients piled like cordwood, they are pleasant and treat you like you ate the only one there.Oh! And the mammogram techs are also great and make that experience add pleasant a as can be expected!

I am a nervous wreck when it comes to getting my blood drawn and it shows. I missed the name of the phlebotomist today but he made me feel very comfortable and it was a quick and painless experience. Very grateful!

Cant even call to confirm office hours... Web says 5 answering service says 3:30... Calling gets you stuck in automated menus with no option to talk to a live person
