Called at 12:30 pm waited for 10 minutes on ringing and got no answer at all. I’m applauded and will be switching banks ASAP this branch is horrible

I was in the Middleboro area and I had to deposit a couple of checks at Santander. I went to drive through and sent the two signed checks along with my debit card. The teller then asked me for a photo ID? ??The debit card and checks are both in my name… I’ve told her that I didn’t need to take money out. She said that the bank changed the rules on Monday??? This branch makes it’s own rules… I’ll continue going to the same one… I guess they don’t need my money…

Poor customer service, so many new faces in this location ,they not professional and they kept making several mistakes of my account they need to put back the old management when I go there I see teenagers that is running the place and talking about other customers rudely i will not let that happen in this town either they fix the issues or they removed this branch out of this town . I will not recommend this branch.

I had an awful experienced at this location as well, I will not recommend this branch to anyone. Unfair treatment and wrongful accusation and they behavior is unacceptable, and friendship doesn't count in business. I will contact my attorney for the way i was treated as a customer.

I normally hate oriole who write negative reviews. It’s not productive. However this branch went above and beyond in being ridiculous. Aside from dirty atms and horrible customer service, these people blatantly lied and used terms and conditions and later down that literally didn’t even make sense to justify not clearing a check when they said it would twice. It really came down to they just didn’t want to get on phone and verify funds. The bank in question was a publicly traded company with a market cap larger than santanders, yet they implied it would take 4-8 weeks after literally promising it would only take two days. In addition to that, they were rude, inconsistent, and literally changed their story 3 separate times. I’m sure they aren’t bad people, but as a bank- they suck. Very unfortunate.

Just closed my bank account recently and im glad I did. This bank is awful. Most of the staff except for Rebecca are very disrespectful and couldn't care less about your needs. If you can go to another bank do it. Please don't use this bank. Its not worth the headache
