Bryan was soooo kind! Very patient! I upgraded to an iPhone 16 and he guided me to choose just what I needed. He was not pushy at all. He informed me of every change I will be experiencing with my new iPhone. I can’t wait to use my new phone and learn all of the new camera capabilities!

Have an awful problem with goggle. Went to store 432. Delt with David T & Luis C. Outstanding service, knowledge understanding. They were polite , friendly and solved my issues immediately. Certainly an asset to this Verizon store!!

We were in need of a business phone and stopped by and worked with David who came highly recommended. David was able to find us the best plan and get our new line setup quickly. David is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He recommended what we needed and did not try to sell us on anything that was not needed.
