I ALWAYS book an appointment my one negativity id say is I'm never taken on time and when customers walk in she goes into turbo mode on my nails and my nails suffer because of it. I understand the place is busy and as a business you want to be able to please all of your customers but, you can't take everyone and sometimes you need to tell customers you aren't able to accommodate them, especially if it is at the cost to compromise the client that is already in your chair. I enjoy the atmosphere and Tammy is a hard worker and when she takes her time my nails come out amazing and that is why I return but if I continue to be rushed or forced to wait around for 30 plus minutes after my set appointment I Will be forced to spend my money elsewhere.

I would give this place a million stars if I could!! Tammy was absolutely amazing, and she made my nails look absolutely PERFECT! I highly, highly recommend her and recommend this amazing salon to everybody! They were so wonderful that I plan on coming back here for my wedding, because they were so diligent, friendly, and wonderful, and they truly made sure that my nails looked absolutely PERFECT! Tammy and Ivy are the best, and I wouldn't go anywhere else after the experience that we had tonight!! A huge thanks to both Tammy and Ivy for caring about all of their clients, and for giving us the best experience ever! So clean, relaxing, fun, and wonderful! The best manicure and pedicure that my mom and I have EVER had! We will be back very soon, and I will absolutely be coming back here for my wedding!!! Thank you both SO much!

Didn’t sanitize station or even change the towel from the previous client. Used dirty tools and nails came out crooked. State board clearly needs to pay them a visit.

nice people & a cozy atmosphere. it was mine & my sisters first time getting our nails done at this salon, & it’s honestly the best set i’ve had. they are so beautiful, i am very pleased. The owner & staff were very friendly, they took their time to be sure my nails were perfect. would recommend.
