“We are in Georgetown, and Hastings recently carpeted our stairs, four bedrooms and hallway. There was a delivery issue with the carpeting, and once the issue was discovered, Hastings stepped up in a big way to ensure the materials were delivered and available to keep our job moving along on time. We also used a local mover on their recommendation who did a great job emptying the second floor, and then bringing all the furniture back, reassembling beds, etc, after the carpeting and painting was done. We put all the furniture in the garage during the week it took to coordinate everything. The Hastings crew was professional throughout, as were the movers. We look forward to working with Hastings on our next carpeting need, and greatly appreciate their focus on customer satisfaction and quality work.”
