Went over there for simple acid reducer, when I got to the counter the young man stat to looking at me suspiciously, and telling me what I am holding in my had, I was choked, I told him it’s simple vape, he didn’t even apologize to me, I told him I am not kind of person who stole or anything like that, CVS you need to do better than this kind of employee who has no respect and giving attitude to the customers

If you desire to have a caring pharmacist that is knowledgeable, and personable, it here at Middleton, Maple Street.
I have received my most recent Covid and Shingles shot from the pharmacist and could not have had a better experience .

Middleton CVS pharmacy is extremely professional and helpful! I have been trying to get a prescription for weeks and no one has had it or been willing to help. I called this location for help and they took great care of me. They had my prescription transferred over then had it filled within 20mins. I will be changing all my prescriptions and business to this CVS. Thank you Middleton CVS!!!!

Worst customer service ever at the pharmacy. Just stood in line and was ignored from drop off to pick up. Waited for over 20 minutes without even one question answered. I had an out of state emergency that my home CVS referred me to this one!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!

Great place if your looking to deal with idiots- and get treated like one! Would love to see if being rude is one of the qualifications for employment here, cause all pharmacy techs have that in common. I get it you hate your job, but that isnt my problem so dont make it! Havent had a good experience here for years and im finally switching to walgreens after todays experience. Do better

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible, i am having surgery tommorow, antibiotic perscription not filled 4 hours after it was called, in absolutely ridiculous, i will be calling CVS headquarters, as they have put my health in danger, switching pharmacys tommorow, good bye Middleton CVS
