“Better selection of clothes than say, tools or utilities. And by clothes I of course mean military outfits, helmets, vests, masks, bandanas. Those who wear this stuff recreationally will enjoy the options. Big selection of badges and pins too. Great store for an active duty or vet or wants to display their service. Armored vehicle in parking lot is not for sale, sadly.”

“This store is such a refreshing change from what we experience in the malls. First, the merchandise is beautiful. It's traditional in beautiful fabrics and rich colors. Yes, it's expensive, but it will look good for years if you take care of it properly. The cashmere sweaters and scarves are absolutely decadent. Then there's the staff: very professional people who listen to a customer's wants and helps them find the products that suit the customer's needs. It's nearly impossible to find people like this anymore. And their love for the store and for its clothes is infectious and makes me want to buy things I don't need. It has everything....gorgeous clothes, friendly professional people, and an atmosphere from better times. The best!”
“This is a great store for most things, they just did not have what I was looking for. I was looking for something along the lines of either a leather braided necklace, or perhaps even a hemp rope necklace. Something similar at least. They had nothing remotely like what I wanted, however I did only want black and they did have some hand-woven hemp style necklaces but they were tan with pink stones. I've always liked Hot Topic though.”

“First time in. Boy was I surprised when I walked in .Big selection on clothes for men's and women's and they also have kids clothes . She has a little bit of furniture and jewelry too . I bought a TV stand. there great little place don't drive too fast because your miss it . I will definitely go back again .”
“My friend recommended that I head to this store - and boy was she right. At first glance, I was just browsing. Then Abby told me that the white pants and shorts were 30% off. Nice. So indeed I had to try on the 1/2 tan and 1/2 white jean pants. Perfect. She then told me about the sale rack which had a lot of nice things on it as well. Found a cool short sleeve flowered shirt and a long sleeve blue v cotton shirt! I could've kept looking because I did see more that I liked! But I was at my limit for the day. So many on trend items whether it's dresses, t's, pants or shorts as well as the men's clothes - which are hip and functional. There are dressing rooms so take your time when picking out what you like. What I like best is that there aren't many of the same items so not everyone is walking around in the same clothes! I will also look at the website as well as her sales in the future because she ships (over $150 is free). I don't know Jaime the owner but I'm sure I'd like her because I like how she thinks!”

Company sent another gift certificate cause I spent over a certain threshold, and web site will not let me use it saying the value is zero. Can you say bait and switch? Poor marketi Update: their customer service is tops and they really want to satisfy their clients. I phoned in an order from out of state and someone mistyped my e mail to confirm the purchase. When I saw a charge go through, I was concerned but customer service( Missy, Chris, Nicole, et al) traced down the order and assured me I would receive my order. “This store always has the nicest employees. Every time I go there and check out the cashier's (no matter who), are always super friendly and talkative. I can't recall a time any employees were rude or not helpful. The store is also always clean "ESPECIALLY THE DRESSING ROOMS", clothes are always on the correct rack because they have employees going around and always making sure things are in the correct places ( I mean even down to the sizes always being in the correct order) they honestly deserve an award for cleanest,most well organized store. I love their clothing and shoe selection so much, they have something for "EVERYONE" and anyone and the prices are great and they always have some kind of sale going on, and if you're a member you always i mean always get 20% to 50% off along with another coupon after purchase and can also earn Bob's bucks (they run Bob's buck's alot no only during holidays)you really can't beat that. The only complaint I have is that someone always beats me to my size, and that's not their fault!! I truly hope and pray they don't ever close down this location because over the years, so many have closed (I drive 30 mins to this location) I will truly be devastated, I truly love shopping here every season and don't plan on stopping!!”
