I have been going here for about 7 months and immediately saw a difference. It is always a good time and the workouts are fun. Everyone there is always super nice and friendly. I have been working with Coach Taylor and he has been an awesome coach and has helped me come so far and improve everything. I would definitely recommend

I cannot recommend MBSC in Middleton highly enough! My wife and I joined the adult classes to train for a bucket list backpacking trip but have stayed for the quality coaching, thoughtful programming, and wonderful community. Not only am I stronger, I’ve noticed an improvement in flexibility, stability, and coordination. Every coach I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and attentive. Nico, Ross, Annie, and Aiden have each helped adapt the workouts to my body’s unique needs and as a result I’ve been able to train around some lingering injuries and make progress I wasn’t sure was possible before I started training here. My only regret is not having joined sooner!

I have been working out at Boyle’s for about 8 years in Middleton and North Andover before that. The great coaches and the other adult clients create a great community so I look forward to workouts to get strong and stay that way.So many great coaches I can’t name them all (Steve, Vinnie, Bree, Annie, Taylor, Ross…) but Nico might give me a break if I name him as the best??♀️??♀️?

My husband gave us memberships to Boyle’s as a Christmas present. Originally I was a little hesitant, having not been to a gym since my oldest kid (now 18) was born. The MBSC program is great for all ages and all levels. There’s variety in every workout and the hour truly flies by as we stretch, warm up, strengthen, and do cardio. Most importantly, the coaches are top-notch. Nico, Annie, Ross and Aidan are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I can always find a convenient time and day to go. It’s really a great place to workout and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to feel stronger and healthier.

Boyles is a very fun environment and is the best weight lifting program I have been to. I have been there for 3 seasons now and both Annie and Taylor have helped me to improve and get stronger. And many of the coaches I haven’t had as main coaches have helped me to improve as well. I always look forward to going to lifting! I highly recommend :)

I would highly recommend MBSC. It is a very welcoming environment to people of all ages who are looking to improve their strength and flexibility. My direct experience is with Coach Nico and Coach Aiden - who are both simply fantastic! They are very enthusiastic, encouraging and take a collaborative approach to educating and challenging their clients. You will not regret joining this group of fun and dedicated people!

I've been going to Body by Boyle for almost 7 years, and Taylor is truly one of the best trainers I've ever had. He's always on top of his groups and is always bringing the energy necessary to motivate his groups. On top of being a great trainer, Taylor also an all around good guy that you can have a conversation with before or after a workout.

I am always greeted with a warm welcome when walking into Boyle. I love coming to work out and pushing my self. All coaches are very supportive, but Taylor and Ross really made me love working out. They always have something positive to say.

I’ve been training at Boyle’s (Middleton) primarily for football for many years now and had a particularly great experience this summer 2023 training with Taylor Khoury. Because I was lifting in an experienced group of professional/collegiate athletes, we all had unique goals and points of emphasis to prepare for our seasons. Taylor aided each of us to accomplish our specific goals through personalized approaches to the workouts. With all of that hard work came a lot of fun too!

I have been training at MBSC for almost 5 years and it has honestly changed my life. All of the staff are so kind, welcoming, and motivating! Coach Ross in particular has really made a difference, helping improve on the field and achieve my fitness goals. I always look forward to coming to the gym!

I’m a bilateral leg amputee who is also missing a portion of his left hand due to a car fire. I’ve been working out at Boyles for five years now. I receive the most professional training and most of all they didn’t treat me like a disabled athlete they viewed me and trained me just like I was a regular able-bodied athlete..Boyles provided a place where I could feel like I was an athlete again.

I went to Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning to finish up the second part of my functional strength coach certification from MBSC. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and amazing at coaching. The facility was large, straight forward, organized, and had top notch turf. I wouldn't train anywhere else if I lived in the area.

Outstanding training for my 2 high school aged children. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, bring tons of energy and positivity, and they get the most out of my kids. They have done a tremendous job at helping to improve not only their strength and conditioning, but their confidence and mental state as well. As a high school coach for the past 20 years, I have seen many programs first-hand and this is one of the best!
