The two men who came to pick up my belongings were very understanding, efficient, and careful with my things. They are clearly experienced with taking apart and packing furniture. They are great at communication of expectations and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure that they were collecting the correct items (as I live in a shared apartment currently). I will update this review when I receive my belongings on the back end of the move but so far I would 100% recommend Move and Care.”

“Our company was doing a major renovation and we needed to put many items in storage. Sept 2023 after leaving several messages at different companies - Gentle Giant was the only company that returned my call. I explained what we needed and they sent a four man team (Alex, Jack, Hunter & London) It was a long day, but all the way to the last second this team was awesome.Flash forward to the end of the construction April 2, 2024 and we needed to have our items removed from storage. I requested the The 1st team (not available). The four man team that was sent was just as efficient and accommodating. John, Lukas, Kestulis, & Gabriel)This company is truly dynamic. Efficient professional, accommodating, trustworthy, honest and so well organized. Kudos to Theresa for making all of the paperwork painless.Their prices extremely reasonable and worth every cent. (The quote, btw, on both jobs was spot on with the last service under what was quoted.) Thank you for helping make my job easier!Side Note: for both crews Gentle Giant sent to us, I asked several of them how long they had been with the company.
