“I’ve been coming to O’Brien’s since I moved to the area 10 years ago. My yard is adorned with their perennials, every year we get all our hanging plants, garden (tomatoes, herbs etc) needs. Christmas decorations too. All the plants and flowers are amazing and the owner is incredibly nice.”

“We went to King's to purchase a Lilac Tree. Quentin showed us many varieties and sizes. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant. We ended up getting 3 Lilacs and a Dogwood.
It's now over a year later and all 4 trees are doing fabulously. King's really has such a better product than the other places. Yes, it is not a fancy retail location, but when you need trees and shrubs this is the place to go.”
“What a great place! My neighbors bring their dog and get dog food and dog treats there. She told me to go. I took my dog and went there. Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Even the customers were nice. My dog loved the place. We got a lot of treats for him. They have warm socks, gloves, gardening things, food and things for birds, cats, farm animals, and people, everything. I was really impressed with the kindness and great atmosphere that I felt there plus the great selection of dog things. I will definitely go back again and I will tell my friends that they really must go. An A plus place!”
“I am a driver delivering materials to them. I went through a very crazy event one day that could have turned out tragic. Literally without hesitation numerous personnel from landscape express stopped what they were doing and jumped in to help me. Everyone from employees to management saw that I needed help and they didn't think twice about their own safety and Helped me. I personally may not have purchased anything here, simply because I'm not looking to spruce anything up at the moment but when I decide I definitely will but simply based on the attitudes and selfless character of all who I encountered yesterday their is no question in my mind that they are worth your time and business. They have a lot of terracotta potting items that you can't find in other stores off the shelf. They're not ordering a lot of stuff so buy what you can and say goodbye to the kitties.”

“There are two absolutely lovely individuals who work here at the tool rental. I had rented a carpet cleaner and the first person I met at pickup had made sure I had the cleanest one and the associated attachments. They also gave me a very informative walkthrough of the machine and its parts. Pricing and fine print was transparent without being boring haha. I would 100% rent here again purely for the excellent customer service. Drop off was smooth and both staff members were very kind and personable. :)”
“I would like to share my experience with a service that offers fast and excellent service. While I did encounter some employees who were a bit unfriendly, the overall process was incredibly quick. The service might be slightly more expensive, but the benefit of a rapid signing-up process and receiving the truck keys is worth it. You can truly be in and out in no time—just make sure you have your proof of insurance ready. Overall, my husband and I found it to be a very efficient experience.”
“This was in my top five stores I visited in Salem! I accidentally stumbled by it and OH WHAT FUN! The store is filled with unique finds, plants, trinkets, prints, so so much!
I got a Creature From The Black Lagoon print as well as some beetles in amber and brass dinosaurs. That just tells you the variety! The owner was very nice and personable! Everything was very reasonable in price. :)”
“Good Afternoon, I have been coming to the lumber department for years now, and began going with my grandfather back in the early 2000s to help him find cuts of wood for his job. It was a tradition we had to go there after we would eat breakfast together on my day off from school. I have always been treated with exceptional service throughout my life whenever I needed to grab some plywood cuts for a bed, or something for my family. Those boys in the lumber department do their job to the highest level of satisfaction. One day, when I was shopping recently, I was disappointed in the management's treatment of them. One of the managers was constantly barking orders at them, and being incredibly unethical in his speech. I couldn't believe it, especially because those boys do an incredible job and are always attentive and caring, part of the Home Depot's core values. It seems as if one of those managers tends to sit on his behind and eat fast food all day while the workers break their backs. I'm just calling it like I see it. Pay those boys more! They deserve it.”

“I wanted to buy the 4 outdoor dining chairs that were high up on the wall display. Went to the service desk asked for help and no one came. I did ask the garden employee Jim who was outside and without hesitation he came right over and got the chairs for me. He also opened a box for additional chairs that I wanted. He saved Home Depot from a disappointed customer to one who will return again ! I almost walked out empty handed but instead bought 6 chairs ! Yay Jim ??⭐️
