Wanted to talk to someone about Stihl products and getting my saws serviced. Waited for a while before being "helped", only to be told they don't do repairs in house, but send them out to another Rocky's. Sorry, but I like to actually talk to the people who work on my equipment.

So went down to Rockys hardware in Middleton Ma to buy some lighter gel for my pellet stove it cost 16.99 ?then I looked at the pellets 11.99 per bag ?. I know inflation is to blame but not to that extent pure price gouging. That’s nuts. But all those Escalade drivers must be paying that. You are totally taking advantage of the local consumer. You should be ashamed but I’m sure you are not. I am not a Biden fan and it pains me to say this but he is right businesses like you are price gouging.

Too many woman working here. They know NOTHING about the products. This place was much better before the plandemic. They had a number of high school guys and grown men that knew about their [ACE's] merchandise and could give helpful recommendations on such. Back to Amazon or Trash Depot. The help (or lackthereof) is the same, but the products as less expensive.
