“My son had an accident in stoneham and it had to be towed . And couldn’t imagine how much it would cost because forgot to renew and it takes a week to kick in. . When I called about the towing company the person I spoke with was so nice and professional. . And I didn’t have the car so it took meet a couple of day and they worked with me. They were busy the day I wanted it towed and they were very apologetic about asked me if it was ok and I didn’t mind at all . And the gentleman that. Dropped the car off was so nice and it was first thing in the morning. I asked him for a card and would recommend them to anybody that needs a tow.

The representative that picked up the call was very nice and sent a tow truck to us. She said it should take about 30 minutes. He arrived promptly around the same time frame that the representative told me.
The tow-truck driver was very friendly, nice, and very professional.

“My car 10 year old started to suddenly make a loud noise like rocks rolling around under the car somewhere. I checked the tools that came with the car and the spare tire thinking that something had come loose. After three days I decided to look for a mechanic on Yelp. This shop had the best ratings, and, deservedly so. I dropped the car off in the afternoon, received a comprehensive computerized analysis of current and potential problems. The shocks and struts in the rear of the car were replaced by early the following afternoon. Totally professional and super friendly!”
