“These guys are so kind and helpful! I pulled in there because I had an issue with my car where the sunroof glass randomly exploded into pieces due to a manufacturing defect. I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They not only allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until later that night, the owner also offered to cover the broken window with crash wrap for no charge! “My son had an accident in stoneham and it had to be towed . And couldn’t imagine how much it would cost because forgot to renew and it takes a week to kick in. . When I called about the towing company the person I spoke with was so nice and professional. . And I didn’t have the car so it took meet a couple of day and they worked with me. They were busy the day I wanted it towed and they were very apologetic about asked me if it was ok and I didn’t mind at all . And the gentleman that. Dropped the car off was so nice and it was first thing in the morning. I asked him for a card and would recommend them to anybody that needs a tow.

“1A Towing Service helped me out when I was stuck on the side of the road during a long trip. I ran out of gas by mistake and didn't know that the closest station was miles away. Their Fuel Delivery service saved me a lot of time and trouble. The technician brought the gas and made sure my car started up right before they left. He told me that they also do local and long-distance hauling, as well as car and motorcycle towing, if vehicles need to be moved. The whole thing went off without a hitch and was really professional. It was like working with professionals who are used to supporting drivers in challenging situations on the road.”

And the cop asked if I had a shop in mind to tow it to and he checked with Frank to make sure if he could tow it to my friends shop, Mikes Auto Body and Frank had no problem towing it 5 mins down the road. “My car 10 year old started to suddenly make a loud noise like rocks rolling around under the car somewhere. I checked the tools that came with the car and the spare tire thinking that something had come loose. After three days I decided to look for a mechanic on Yelp. This shop had the best ratings, and, deservedly so. I dropped the car off in the afternoon, received a comprehensive computerized analysis of current and potential problems. The shocks and struts in the rear of the car were replaced by early the following afternoon. Totally professional and super friendly!”
