Came in for the iPhone trade-in promotion. Traded in 4 iPhone 11s and the salesperson never processed the trade ins. Spent countless hours with Verizon support to correct my account. So many wasted hours. And after being told the trade ins would result in free phones the promotion actually doesn’t cover full cost for unlimited welcome plans. Deceptive.

Ari and Alejandro are the best. So helpful and easy to deal with. Great at multitasking allowing multiple customers to be serviced at the same time. Great experience during our recent upgrade. Highly recommend this location because of these two gentlemen.

I was having a not so good experience until Ari came to save the day with his knowledge, smile & patience! All this when he could have just closed up the store and called it a day - I made him run a little bit over closing. The time mattered to me more than it did him - he just wanted to ensure I got the attention & customer service he feels everyone deserves. I know this, because I saw how patient he was with the older gentleman before me as well! Great kid, an asset to this branch establishment - Owner should take notice!

We have been changing our carriers and on Saturday we saw Ari. We had to come back because of an issue on my side. I went back today and he was just the best. Patient, respectful with myself and the other people who came in and his professionalism was 100% on point. I highly recommend this location and look forward to seeing them when I upgrade my phone soon.

The employees are kind, but not entirely truthful when speaking to you. Do not verbally agree to any adjustments in your contract; ask for everything in writing and be sure to read the fine print. Despite this, I would go here again.

Jay and Ari were incredible here. I came in to add a simple teachers discount and ended up saving a ton of money and learning about a deal my plan had for new phone. Big wins all around. jay and Ari were super nice and helpful 10/10 would recommend working with them to anybody.
