Very bad customer service. My doctor send the order at 9am. Never heard from them if it was ready for pickup. I stopped by around 2pm and I was told that they do not have the medication and send me somewhere else.

Caroline , the older blonde woman was so rude. She made a passive aggressive statement to me because I had to put in for a refill early for a surgery. She was unprofessional. How embarrassing Walgreens having a pharmacist on staff who acts that way toward people.

I’m incredibly disappointed in your Middleton, MA pharmacy’s decision to not spend the 3-4 minutes it takes to add a label, water and have the pharmacist check my daughter’s Amoxicillin today at 1:23PM, and instead tell me to come back after 2PM because they were closing for lunch at 1:30PM. Even after pointing out my ill daughter curled up in a ball in the back seat of the car.
For those that want to debate me, I have years of retail pharmacy experience and timed how long it took them when I did return. They could have easily accommodated us, it literally just takes a few minutes. Instead, they chose sandwiches. In my pharmacy days, I would have made every attempt to appease a sick 9 year old girl who needed her antibiotic as fast as possible.
Your store’s level customer service was absolutely abysmal with this case. You get zero points for effort, professionalism or compassion. It’s no wonder you’re closing stores.
Consider this the last prescription my family will fill at Walgreens.

The Pharmacy Technician Caroline by far has the best customer service I’ve ever seen!!! She is pleasant and very friendly and very helpful on any questions and price on prescriptions and also very helpful with scheduling vaccinations. I would 100% recommend Caroline at this Walgreens Pharmacy in Middleton!!

They can't keep meds in stock and don't refill based on web requests so you have to call. Half the time you call they hang up on you right away. When they do answer the pharmacist is curt and rude. I've tried for six months now and this pharmacy is barely functional.

Dont use the pharmacy here. I have received medications with the wrong label on them. That could end up really hurting someone. There appears to be a very high turn over rate for staff at this pharmacy. Something is wrong. People dont appear to be trained properly. So nothing ever goes smoothly. I often receive emails stating my scripts are ready, I call to confirm...I go there and they'll tell me they cant fill it till tomorrow because they are understaffed. They often forget scripts... so now they are due to be filled all on different days or I have gaps without medications. I'm disabled and this has impacted my life in a very bad way.

Sharing for my Grandmother, She shops here frequently and there is a young staff person who is always so patient and kind with her. i believe she said his name was Mike, He is one of the night managers. she says he has helped her by just being kind and patient at the register with her. helping find what she needs and just all in all very nice young man! So Thank you Mike for making her visits to your store something she looks forward too! I greatly appreciate it and so does she!

Manager was so rude. My daughter was waiting for me to pick her up and was in the store for 15 minutes and the manager was talking out loud about my daughter and continued to follow her around the store. Disappointed. She's a child.

No Covid tests available but they are available in other pharmacies in other less affluent neighborhoods less than 15 min away.

I had total shoulder replacement surgery at the MGH shoulder center. When I had my one week follow up appointment with the surgical team, they re-filled my pain medication with an additional FIVE DAY supply. The young pharmacist working refused to re-fill the prescription. I was standing there in a sling (in pain) with a prescription from an MGH surgeon, explaining to her I was one week out from the surgery and was out of medication. This should have never happened. A pharmacist, with no history or insight on a patient's care, should not be allowed to override a physician / surgeon that is providing direct care. I had to have the surgeon call the script in to another pharmacy which was filled without issue.

My experience was very poor. I ordered online for same day delivery. Order was supposed to be delivered between 9am-11am. I received an email that it was delayed and they would provide an update later.I called the store at 7pm to be told by the manager on duty that they didn't have the items in stock. It would have been nice to know that 10 hours earlier.Never again. I will stick with CVS.

This store is great! They have a wide variety of things. The staff is also super nice. The other day I was a little less than a dollar short and the man at the register covered it for me. I was so grateful! Everything there was organized very well and had the prices right there.

Inflexible management. This Walgreens (S. Main in Middleton) is not geared to customer service in the slightest.Yesterday, I spent over $20 for a package of masks that are useless because they are so small they can't be worn by any adult in my household (the package says "one size fits most" they would probably fit a young child). Obviously, the consumer can't know this until after making the purchase and opening the package. I attempted to get a refund today (less than 24 hours later with my receipt in hand).I was told "No, because of COVID19." (Really, I had no idea there was a pandemic!) I said "I understand, but can't you give me a refund and then just throw the masks away? I've just spent $20 on something of no value to me."The female manager's response: "No, because then we're losing even more money."If management could think beyond that single refund, refusing my request will cost them much more in the future. I have shopped there for many years and filled all our family's prescriptions there...NEVER AGAIN! P.S. Hanes 10 pack of masks in a display box...I suggested they put a big sign on it that says...SMALL fit...No returns or refunds!
