“Today on October 1st 2023, I had the best experience I have ever had in any Auto Zone in the three states I have visited stores in. Julia from this location was very professional, and had a great attitude. Not sure if the other employees were on break or if they are short staffed but Julia managed the phone, and lobby customers by herself. Julia was very knowledgeable on the products needed for my braking system job and even mentioned the specials that saved me a little money on the parts. Julia even went as far as giving me a box to carry some of the parts in because she was aware the bags would break. I only met the store manager Nick passing by in the lobby and his morale was low, and while approaching a customer he seemed very willing to help but his tone was unlike Julia's. I recommend you look into training Julia for upper management positions because that is the leader I would want overseeing a team. If no positions are available currently, I recommend you try to retain Julia as an employee by giving her a raise. When I am in massachusetts again, this is the only AutoZone I will be going to! “I just moved to Milford, called and and got a friendly person on the phone who told me they had my Car Fob Remote batteries in stock and welcomed me in! I arrived, he even installed them into my fobs. I was being charged over $60 for replacements every 6 mos. at a battery store in my last resident town, when the retail was just over $8 here for a better battery product! The man was super friendly and knowledgeable, explaining how to get the most out of the battery etc. Great experience and I highly recommend this place! I know where I'll be going for my battery needs moving forward!”
