“I have been a member of Hanscom Federal Credit Union for almost 20 years and anytime I have had to deposit a large check or do any kind of traditional banking I would take a drive to once of their branches, none of which are closer than 30-40 minutes from Milford. I recently discovered Homefield Credit Union and became aware that I could do many of these transactions in their branch via “Shared Branching/Banking”. What a time saver this has been for me. The folks at Homefield have been beyond helpful and welcoming. The process is easy and straightforward and not much different than doing a regular teller type bank transaction.
If you live, work, or attend any elementary school, secondary school, or school of higher education in Worcester County or Middlesex County in Massachusetts (including the family members of such persons), you should give Homefield a look. I’m a big proponent of credit unions over big banks. Since my kids are in the local schools I plan on looking into their products and services next time the need arises.”
“I recently had an interaction with one of the employees of the Bank of America at this location. Armin was very attentive, respectful, and understanding. My dad, 92, needed some clarification with his account. We scheduled an appointment with Armine and upon arrival did not have to wait a second to get seated at the office. Actually, she was waiting for us in the hallway. If you are using BoA, I highly recommend this location due to its irreplaceable workforce.”

“Not sure what the previous reviews are saying but I went in this location on my lunch break and had a great experience. Maybe they hired a whole new team. Idk. But Mary at the cashier desk was super kind and very patient with me. Listened to all my needs. Then I sat down with Amani and she took care of my new debit card and handled my disputes with ease and compassion. This will be my new branch while running errands on my lunch break. Quick and efficient.”

“After three months of living In a home (and sometimes in a hotel) that needed major cleaning and repairs due to two owners claims, I finally received a check for the damages. I had been told to prepare for a very long wait to get the check accepted since there were three different payees listed on the check. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Milford , MA branch of Unibank. The Managers pulled off the unexpected. I was out of the bank in less than 30 minutes for which I am ever so grateful. They were friendly and helpful as well, and I felt that I was in good hands. Thank you for such a positive experience!”
