Their professionalism, caring for the customer and personal touch is stellar. As many of us do, we have frequented many banks in our lifetime. They are for the most part attentive and professional. Rockland has gone to another level. Their management personnel doesn’t hesitate to meet with us and makes every effort to go one step further. Maureen, Kathy and Scott have been exemplary in the way they interact with us. Rockland’s Club is a great touch. They have great activities, discounts and benefits. They go the extra mile. “I recently had an interaction with one of the employees of the Bank of America at this location. Armin was very attentive, respectful, and understanding. My dad, 92, needed some clarification with his account. We scheduled an appointment with Armine and upon arrival did not have to wait a second to get seated at the office. Actually, she was waiting for us in the hallway. If you are using BoA, I highly recommend this location due to its irreplaceable workforce.”
“Not sure what the previous reviews are saying but I went in this location on my lunch break and had a great experience. Maybe they hired a whole new team. Idk. But Mary at the cashier desk was super kind and very patient with me. Listened to all my needs. Then I sat down with Amani and she took care of my new debit card and handled my disputes with ease and compassion. This will be my new branch while running errands on my lunch break. Quick and efficient.”
