I had a wonderful experience here at this bank. The employees were very kind. Laurie Beane, the Assistant Branch Manager was super nice and very helpful with setting up my account. I was VERY skeptical about WHO I wanted to bank with, and I'm very glad I chose this bank. I would totally recommend. Ask for Laurie!

i’ve done my banking here for about 15 years, personal and business (it used to be commerce bank). never any issues! and i’m there biweekly so it’s not like i never need their assistance anyway. good experiences all around.

Workers were rude and just stared at me while waiting at the door when it was locked. I was unaware the bank was closed and received an attitude by teller when I asked how I could go about getting help. Then waited over 15 minutes for my card while the bank was completely empty.

Waited over 15 min on hold and hung up. That is terrible customer service. No matter what branch you call. Maybe they need to hire more customer agents.
