Called to see if they had a part in stock and the guy said they did, I told him to make sure it was the right one before I drove 30 minutes to go pick it up and he said it was, when I got there it was the wrong part so I drove all the way there for nothing when I got there the guy was acting like he had no clue it was the wrong piece and had no idea who I spoke to, terrible customer service don't waiste your time coming here.

CAP was bought by PepBoys a while ago (2019?) All the knowledgeable staff that likely was being paid a bit more was let go and now they have horrific customer service. Tis a shame, it used to be a great place.

This was the worst customer service I ever got this guy is to young to be so miserable no eye iContact no thank you terrible attitude he should not be working behind the counter.. this is the consumer auto parts in Milford mass do not go to this store if he’s working there and you will know who he is buy his attitudeI will never shop there again.....
