Some of the staff here should not be working with people! I call for a mutual patient and a staff talks over me, doesn't let me get a word out, and I'm trying to call to resolve an issue for a patient. Why work there if your going to be no help and be so rude? Patients are relying on us to help them get their medications before the holidays and so many of you pharmacies have staff that seem so miserable and uninterested to communicate for the best interest of the patient! Find a job where you have little interaction with people if you can't be kind!

Just wanna give Megan at Milford Target CVS pharmacy gold stars!!She's is a true professional!!An employee such as Megan should be prized by her managers!!My opinion...she probably deserves a raise!!

Unkind, near combative staff. Significant difficulty filling a prescription with blame pointed towards insurance/clinic when it was proven not the case after visiting clinic and calling insurance.

This was the best pharmacy until about a year ago when the old manager, Mike, left.This is now such a terrible pharmacy. None of the employees are trained and they are regularly closed when employees don't show up.They don't seem to be able to fill any prescriptions without making dangerous errors and always blame the customer, the doctor, or the insurance company. On several occasions they have given my family the WRONG medications.Please be very careful if you choose tho use this pharmacy.

Mike and his coworkers are so responsive and always have good follow through. With a formula shortage on top of a recall being a new parent having to worry about how I’m going to feed my 6M old is very anxiety provoking. Mike and his team were on top of getting prescriptions and supplies.

If I could give no stars I would. After waiting in line to ask where a vitamin might be, the tech walked away from me and continued to count medications. After standing there for a bit and no one acknowledging me I attempted to search for the item on my own. After being unsuccessful I walked back up. Both tech and pharmacist laughed and without looking up, the pharmacist said they’d be right with me. When I proceeded to say I just needed to know where something is and told her I saw they had it on line she scoffed and told me she didn’t work for Target she worked for cvs. What a poor representation of both companies. But with cvs I am not surprised.

This is far and above the best service I’ve ever received at a pharmacy. The staff is exceptional! I have been using this pharmacy for years- and will continue to do so. Mike and Donna have always made my experience picking up prescriptions pleasant and easy.

The pharmacist here is fantastic. He treats you with like a person and remembers you from one visit to the next. I started getting my prescriptions sent here because it's so convenient. But I'll recommend them because the service is fantastic. Thank you!

Michael and Donna are the best. I drove halfway across town to pick up ear drops that weren't stocked at another location. Michael suggested that I sign up for a copay thing with manufacturer's coupon. I saved $25. There was no generic brand of the antibiotic so I paid it out of pocket. Donna made multiple calls to the previous CVS bc they changed my prescription status to out of stock so they couldnt fill out my script.

2 days ago, I used the cvs website to submit a refill request. This morning I check, and the status is "ON HOLD." It was not too soon to request the refill. DID THEY CALL ME??? NO!!!!! This is unprofessional and disreputable. Talked to the pharmacy and had specifically asked if CVS communicated to the customer when something was on hold. She wouldn't give a direct answer to the question until I pushed. For shame, CVS!!
