Elaine’s staff could not have been friendlier, more professional, or more efficient. “Joyce and her crew have done it yet again! My daughter was married on July 20th and 77 Blossom supplied all the florals. From our first meeting, drop off of all the vases and then delivery by Joyce herself on wedding day, we were so HAPPY with everything. My daughter wanted a wild flower, just picked from the garden look and Joyce an her team nailed it!!!! It was more gorgeous than we could have imagined and even hoped for, Thank you 77 Blossom Shop Team, I think you know this, because I have said it so many times, The Hill Family loves you and we will forever we your customers, always sing your praises and be great full for all you have done for our family over the years, weddings, funerals, or just a pick me up bouquet or gift, you never disappoint. Lisa sent us an email refunding us a portion of what we paid for the arrangement we were not happy with which I was very grateful and touched for her understanding. What I liked about the place was I was able to look online at Teleflora and choose what I like & Lisa would would work with my selection but one of the three arrangements didn't look anything like what I picked and I couldn't call to have anything done bc I didn't see it until the services were about to start. Would have been nice if some kind of compensation or credit towards another purchase to make up for the error but she basically ignored me. Too bad. The other two were nice and pricing were reasonable.”

Our church even told us that the arrangements were the most beautiful the church had ever had. My bouquet took my breath away. I truly felt like I was walking into a dream. My wedding aesthetic was a European/Bridgerton with blue, white, lavender, and pink as my colors. I wanted the flowers to look full and natural. Faris and Jackie listened and made my dream into a reality, and more than what I could have imagined myself! They achieved this outcome while respecting our budget, which only emphasizes their creativity.
When I searched for a florist, I was looking for one that was creative, a good listener, professional and most importantly kind. People may forget that kindness makes all the difference. “Always clean and personable employees. Very helpful always looking to help you find the thing that you're looking for. . Whenever you have an item is on a free thing. They always have it. You never have to go without or get a rain check. I appreciate this as I shop for a living and really don't have the time to keep going in and out of stores. It truly is a choice to go to a store that really cares about its customers. Today, I went to pick up a couple of free items that I had in one of the items was a can of special baked beans. However It was very far back on the top shelf and unreachable for anyone who was not 6 foot or more tall. One of the clerks it was there that was running the self-serve registers came over graciously and help me to reach it off the top of the Shelf. This was exceptional Service as far as I'm concerned.”
