“Elsie Kaye hosted a mini bachelorette evening for our group of five. We chose the glass bead class. It was an awesome learning experience, and Holly was able to walk us through the process in a very user friendly way. I enjoyed myself enough that I would contemplate another class. Additionally, we were able to bring food in and have a bite in her shop before our class. She went above and beyond my expectations setting up a table with a sign and balloons for our bride. “HORRIBLE experience with Edible arrangements, which is sad because I use them all the time. WILL NEVER after this experience.
I ordered 1 edible arrangement to a friend’s house who she and I lost someone close. I got a call from a driver saying he delivered the package (amazing) shortly after I got another call saying the same package was delivered. Which is weird because I called the store to double check my order and they sent me a Confirmation email of just 1 edible arrangement totally $89.99.
When I called the store to let them know, they told me “I’m not the smartest Girl, I could of made a mistake and ordered two”.I STARTED CRYING.
NO let me see how I can help, NO store credit back NOTHING.
I would rather CUT up my own fruit, drip it in chocolate and do a ROAD trip before I use EDIBLE arrangements again.
