I would rate them in negative if I had a option. The manager there was very rude and arrogant. She doesnāt know how to talk with customers. The people over there donāt even know the A of customer service and I donāt know how hertz are gonna do business with such arrogant stuff. The store manager sabin she is way more rude. If the people donāt know how to work they would have told the same, we would appreciate that. And it is not only my problem my friends they experienced the same with same person.

This is one of the worst location ever , i have been taking car at this location since one year , but never got a problem , but beacuse of recent employees it became worst location , the manager of the location named SABINE , is very rude and she is racist , she denied to extend , echange when car got an issue , but for the other customers depending on their colour she is treating differnetly ,and i got charged two times for rental car and she is denying , i wish hertz takes this seriously , i am NOT Going to take car here again ,
and i wish hertz could take action on her for being a racist , She is denying to work and taking customers for granted by being VERY RUDE

I worked with Omar, He was great. Shop dated and small. Must have been an old private car dealer prior. Lots also small. Cars offered were varied however several were in poor condition, dents, scratches, dirty interiors. First vehicle offered smell of cigarettes. Was offered another vehicle both in questionable condition. Picked largest one. Huge rip in carpet, maintenance light was on, brakes wobble when pressed and suspension made noises. Felt like borrowing a friendās poorly maintained vehicle rather than a Rental company vehicle. Lastly document everything. Said was full when picked up but was only 3/4 th Over all grateful as was through company. But would not rent there again.

Call From A Body Shop Not Going to Say who But After Bring Car Back There Gpt a Call Saying It Was stolen From a Loc Police And Staff When It Was at The body shop When The Manger Call And Said it was there never do business with them again

The attitude of its staff is really bad. When she murmurs to herself expecting people to understand what she's talking about. I don't think I will ever pick up a rental car there anymore, and I don't think you should either.

I had a terrible experience at this Hertz location because of a staff member named āSabineā. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I donāt understand how someone so unhelpful and disrespectful is allowed to deal with customers. I felt mistreated and disrespected the entire time. She clearly has no interest in helping anyone and seems to go out of her way to make things more difficult. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I hope management seriously reconsiders who they put at the front desk.

Donāt try calling as Iām not even sure a phone rings in the office. The few times weāve been there it has been one employee who has been managing the rentals and cleaning the cars. He did an incredible job, but canāt do it alone and ensure a good customer experience. Hertz should be paying him more and just as important should have more than one person at this location.
If you are looking to get in and out quickly, I would avoid this Hertz location.

Worst Service. 30 mins before confirmed they have a car over phone and when arrived they said did you come yesterday? I donāt have car.
One person was taking care of everything from car clearing to check ins..
Wasted my time working with this branch.

Need to pick my car up 2 hours earlier than booked. Iām being charged a full extra day because of it. Almost $30 to pick up two hours earlier. I feel like they are closed on sundays just to make you pay an extra day of rental til Monday. Would prefer to drop off Sunday and not pay an extra day but they donāt give you the option to drop the car and keys off. I use hertz because itās a little closer to me than enterprise but I will be renting from enterprise going forward because they are at least open and give you the opportunity to drop the car off on Sunday and save an entire day of rental fees for a car you donāt need that day.

I have NEVER EVER met someone as unprofessional as this dude Omar.
How do you cancel a reservation without offering any help on the day of delivery? And when asked he said: I am not a manager, she stepped out.
What a disgrace of a customer service.
