“Just had a fantastic customer service experience here - was going in 'just to look' at bathroom tile ideas for our upcoming remodel project and came across Kara at the register/customer service who found Kyle in tile to help me think through what I needed, sizes, estimated and even took me up on my request to do a quick walk through to help me match the vision in my head - he is talented! Both very professional and how refreshing that they actually seem to enjoy what they do for work! I highly recommended this location to my husband who is a General Contractor and typically works with small independently run places since they often times seem to be better at what they do compared to big box/chains. My experience today proved that is not always the case! Grateful they both made my day so enjoyable and easy!”

“It is very hard to find this type of quality and service! Rockdale was a huge help in finding the right rugs/floors for our home. Not only do they have a huge inventory of rugs they also have laminate flooring. They installed quickly and did a perfect job. Thanks to them it looks like we have a brand new house. “My mother recently passed away outside Philadelphia, PA at 86 years old. Her Great Grandfather and my Great/Great Grandfather (Abraham Yeakel) was in the Jewelry and Clock business in Perkasie, PA in the 1800’s (Yeakel Jewelers and Clocks) There was an heirloom grandfather clock originally built by Abraham Yeakel in the 1800’s and passed through the family to me most recently. I was very fortunate to connect with Richard at Hills Antique Clocks, I had heard great things about him and his successful clock shop and quality restoration work in Holliston, MA. Richard did an outstanding job with the restoration and just delivered the restored grandfather clock back to us in Franklin, MA.
