One of my best decisions in 2023! New Year resolution that actually worked!In January of 2023, I was in tears because I realized my health was in terrible shape ( obese, no energy, body pain, sleep problems). I emailed NRG and Laura Cunniff emailed me back the same day and met with me. She assured me that NRG would support my goals and help, she assured me that I would never feel bullied or unsupported. I signed up and got some personal coaching sections with Laura, who motivated me. I also met my goal of attending weekly classes and I love all the instructors. I feel safe and happy and supported whenever I go to either the gym in Milford or Franklin. I might not have lost tons of lbs, but I sleep better, have more energy and have many other benefits. If your 2024 New year's resolution is to be a healthier You, Do yourself a favor and sign up no NRG today!

There’s always broken machines or the sauna is always under maintenance. The sauna takes so long for it to actually get hot. The showers are either broken or have missing parts.

I’ve been going here for almost a year and have only had positive experiences. Super clean facility and 24/7 access is super nice and the staff is great at answering any questions you have. My only suggestion would be to be able to bring guests!

Lots of equipment and good sized facility for the price. Sauna is a nice touch as well.

I want to start off with a gym itself is pretty nice,I've never had an issue with the staff, however I have an issue with the entrance.I have arachnophobia and the fact that there is a spider per gym member at the entrance is absolutely baffling. I just could not convince myself to walk through the doors with that above my head. I recommend a power washer, an exterminator, simple spider spray, or a fire. Once they're gone, the review goes back to five stars and I can come back.

If your looking for a chill gym this your place Gym is never crowded, staff is nice every time. I like the yearly subscription because that pushes you to keep going to the gym.

Anyone want to get in on a class action lawsuit against these crooks? cancelled my membership over 2 yrs ago and they charged my cap one card 102.00 out of the blue last month.

I've used many different gyms from LA Fitness, to Crunch, to the old World Gym back in the day. As someone who is tired of crowded gyms, NRG Lab is great because it's a small, intimate club with plenty of equipment for a great price. The staff are very friendly, it's 24 hours and they've added some new equipment since I've been going here for a few years now. The regulars here are great as well. Would recommend to anybody!

Sunday morning I decided to find a gym to get back to my activities. This gym is 2 streets away from home, I thought it was perfect. However, when I arrived at the place, there was a delay to be answered by the intercom (which I couldn't understand 100% of what was said due to the hiss) while the sun cooked me. I entered and waited thinking that someone would come to show me the place, prices and activities, the gym was empty (just 7 or 8 working out) and I didn't understand why no one came to meet me. I left, I was excited by what I saw on the website but the impression was only on the website. Maybe one day when the customer is priority things will change.

This is a top of the notch gym. I’ve been going here for 8 years. Once the NRG team took over they took the gym to the next level. Excellent staff and a great environment to better yourself!

I was interested in joining.Staff hours are ridiculous. Good luck staying in business when people can't even tour the gym on a Saturday.Pathetic.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I canceled my membership in the height of pandemic last year and they charged me an extra month. When I didn't pay that they jacked up the amount that I owed to over $100 and sold it to a debt collector. Now the debt collector will not negotiate on what I owe. The charge is sitting on my credit report and preventing me from refinancing. This is extortion and it is criminal. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

DON'T SIGN UP Don't sign a yearly contract here, it's a scam. In their contract they said they have the right to raise your monthly dues by $5 each year. Also, they charge you $85 off the rip for the maintenance fee but then they charge you $60 every July 1st for the same fee. They require a 30 days notice via email at
[email protected] but they take forever to respond. Also if you sign the yearly contract your membership could be on auto renewal and if you don't email the club asking to cancel they'll charge you for another year.
