“I have never been so impressed with an employee anywhere! I just wish I had asked him his name. I will definitely be going back to Koopman Paint for anything I need in the future! I went in to get paint thinner or something that would get the glue off my windshield from my phone holder that had melted the glue down my windshield. The employee asked what I needed the paint thinner for & I told him, he said “is the car here?”I said yes he then went into back & came out with some high potent rubbing alcohol & said let’s see what we can do. We went out to my car & he asked if he could get in, of course i said yes. He cleaned the glue off himself! I said let me pay you for that he replied no charge it’s the employees rubbing alcohol! I went to this hardware store because it was the closest one to my doctors office that I had just left.”

“We spent 12 hours painting our bedroom(primer, then paint). It was not easy, it was hard work due to how the room is set up. We had started the paint once the sun started to set.. I told my husband I didn't love the color and it looked nothing like the swatch. Thought maybe once it dried, it would look better. The next morning, once the paint was dried and the sun was up we realized something wasn't right. Only now just realized that THE GUY GAVE US THE WRONG COLOR. We asked for High Park and were given Liberty Park. I guess maybe it's partially our fault for just trusting him and not double checking? But it's not like he asked us if it was the right color when he gave it to us (like they usually do at Lowe's).Livid is an understatement. I'm crushed as I have back issues and this was not an easy task for us. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because Tyler was nice enough to offer us a new can of paint in the correct color. He was very nice and although I'm extremely disappointed, he was super helpful and I'm VERY thankful! I'm glad he was there today, as he was very apologetic.(The color around the plug is the color we wanted, the pea green color is what we were given initially)”
