“My mom is a resident of an assisted living facility in Franklin, but I live out of state so I have relied on Eaton Apothecary to handle her prescriptions, offer advice and work with her doctors and assisted living staff. Although I've never been there in person, the folks at Eaton have always been extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, and it's a pleasure to work with the team there. Highly recommended!”

Later I went to the drive-thru for a complicated prescription transaction which was pleasantly accomplished by the female pharmacy team member. My only complaint is that the pharmacy (as in other CVS stores) is completely closed early in the afternoon.”

“I have been using this CVS for the past 5 years and have NEVER EVER had an issue. They are the most HELPFUL, KINDEST and caring staff you can find. They Go ABOVE and BEYOND when necessary...I see other reviews complaining about times and delays..... They are a busy store but are as efficient as they possibly can be. Trust me..... this is the Pharmacy you want to try/use. Every store will be busy at times but they are worth the wait if needed. The Pharmacy has top notch Pharmacists and staff. I wouldn't let the other review sway you. I moved from NJ and have never thought of going elsewhere Frank P”

“I use the drive-thru when picking up prescriptions it's very convenient and they always have the medications I need. Sometimes there's a wait but it's always worth it. If it's that bad I'll run in and pick up my medication and maybe a few other things I need always friendly and convenient”

“I was like 50% hesitant and 50% nervous when my Doctor sent my specialty RX here because of all the really poor reviews. I thought it was going to be a pain to get my RX each month because of the low star ratings but I have nothing bad to say about these guys! I only call them once a month when I need my RX refilled but for everything else they have this like chat feature where you can leave a comment or a question like 'did my Doctor get back to you?' 'When will my RX ship?' After a little while they answer your question for you, I use this features to get updates on the status of my RX. Once my prior authorization went through, which didn't take long at all, they shipped my medication. My RX is refrigerated so I think they overnight it to my Doctor. Either way I just call them once a month to tell them I need a refill and confirm my info then they contact my Doctor and once they hear from her (usually 24-48 hours) and get some info from her they process my order, fill my RX and ship it out. I get text and email updates so I know when it's being filled and shipped and when my Doctor will get it.So far so good with these guys!I will post if there are any future updates regarding my experiences here.”

“Great privately owned pharmacy. Prescriptions & refills always done on time and correctly. Friendly knowledgeable staff always available. Delivery service and they let you know by text when prescriptions are filled and ready for pickup. I used a private pharmacy in Winchester MA before I moved out this way. I will drive up to 45 minutes just to avoid using Walgreens or CVS. Will never use them again unless absolutely desperate. Small business supporter all the way.”
