I always go here - they are very friendly and helpful and will make sure you ship your package as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. It’s a small location so sometimes the line will back up to the door or outside (especially around holidays like Christmas) but they move it along pretty well.

Very friendly and courteous staff. They go the extra step and email me with tracking information, saving me the drudgery of entering 20 digit tracking numbers. So easy and efficient.

Love this place. Always friendly and very efficient. They store all the addresses I send to so no need for labels- love that. I avoid post office as much as possible and this is the answer.

Go here often to mail items for work. Never have a problem and if there is an issue it is always resolved. Of all the employees Amanda is the greatest; she very knowledgeable, always friendly and kind.

I went to UPS up the street to send a package to Turkey and they were not helpful at all. The address written for Turkey is not as how we would write it so I wanted to make sure I got it right. Because they could not help me, I came here to PostalCenter. Dave was the guy who helped me. He was totally awesome. He googled the address and made sure it was printed out right for the label. He even suggested how to send it to save me money and was very patience with me the whole time. I have never sent anything to Turkey before and these documents are very important to me.Thank You

This place is awesome! Amanda helped us out tremendously with an international flat that needed to be there in a timely manner. She was very quick and professional. Gave us multiple options for us to choose the one that fit our needs. Took us from ground zero to packed and ready to go! Highly recommend! Will do business again.

Lady who helped me out was very helpful. Weighed my item for me, wrapped it, taped it up, and handled it with care. I was a bit skeptical at first going to an authorized retailer vs the real deal, but the great customer service has provided comfort in knowing that I can come back and expect reliable customer service.

I was treated with courtesy. I already had packed my contents. The lady at the front desk assisted me to fill out the FedEx form; (someone else would be giving customers an attitude, but not her). : ) Place is located at an accesible road, near 495 highway and route 16. Ample parking spaces too. I would definitely come here going forward.
