Phone line never works, neither does the website so you’re stuck waiting an hour or more for a simple blood test. And that’s if you did everything else correctly. Somtimes they won’t even take you after you’ve been waiting because they can’t use the computer to find your lab order somtimes. Very unreliable

the lady who drew my blood was very friendly and made me feel comfortable ,, i was scared as hell, i did not feel no pain ,,, thanks to the lady who drew my blood

got my blood drawn today and the lady was so rude. she told me i had to be “quick” so she could go home and she was careless when drawing my blood. she spent most of the time yelling at the other lady, telling her she was doing her work wrong.
