Easy to make an online appointment, check-in was quick and straightforward, and I had very little wait time. Overall, a smooth and positive experience at Quest Diagnostics. Would definitely recommend the Milford location!

10 people is a waiting area that would be comfortable for 5. Difficult sign-in process. Almost skipped me but I jumped out if my chair and declared you can't skip me! I've been here an hour. We worked it out...software issue.
But boy what a small,cramped room for a bunch of sick people.

The phlebotomist was excellent I didn't even feel the needle! Also very friendly and polite.
