I called and spoke with Becky, the owner, and explained how I'd just received the worst haircut in my life.
She slid me in at 5 pm when she was finishing up. She turned a nightmare into workable style, and I can wear less hats for my meetings this week. Appreciate it!

Jess took SUCH good care of me. She made me comfortable immediately, she listened to what I wanted, and she executed perfectly. I have had many bad salon experiences, especially recently. My hair was all but destroyed and she brought it back to life. I never thought I’d like a center part, after 15 years I decided it was time for a change, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I love my hair now, and I owe it to this sweetheart. She also recommended the perfect product for me, and now my hair looks and feels amazing. Thank you queen, can’t wait to come back!

I've had two appointments thus far with two different stylists for a partial foil and cut. Both Laurie and Jacqie are absolutely wonderful, very friendly and both provided great service. Highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience at Salon Vicaro. The atmosphere and environment were truly exceptional and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. The staff were incredibly friendly, hilarious and professional, and the salon was clean and stylishly decorated. I was impressed by the attention to detail, which showed just how much they value their clients satisfaction. I highly recommend Salon Vicaro to anyone looking for a high-quality salon experience.

First time at the salon and I had Lauren do the balayage treatment on my hair and she did a wonderful job! Love the high and low lights, it really adds a lot of dimension. Also the cut gives my hair the perfect amount of layers to it give it body. Thanks Lauren!

Laurie is extremely unprofessional and publicly shames teachers and education professionals for trying to keep students and themselves safe during a pandemic. I wouldn’t want this woman’s hands near my head or face…probably has had every variant and is unvaccinated

Brought daughter here for her first haircut on her 4th birthday. The workers were amazing and so happy to have her there. She was nervous about getting her hair cut and the stylists went out of their way to calm her nerves. Great place for all ages

I have been a faithful client for the last three years and I feel like I have found my home at Salon Vicaro. My hair has never looked and felt better thanks to Laurie. She always transforms my dreams into a reality and makes it look even better than I could have imagined. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and made to feel so special. Laurie was incredibly rude and rushed through my service, I did not feel welcome at all. I've heard great things about this salon yet my experience was less than satisfactory. I could've gone to Walmart if I wanted to wait past my appt time, not be greeted upon my arrival and receive so-so service. I attempted to make conversion but her responses were short, dry and almost irritated as if I was bothering her by speaking so I ended up sitting in awkward silence. I don't see what the hype is all about, maybe I just saw the wrong hairdresser. I'm not sure but I will not be returning. The search for a great salon continues!Services: Hair colouring
