The first time in years going to a laundry mat to get extra things done, was so disappointed. Where you out the detergent and fabric softener you could see and smell the mold. It doesn't look like its been cleaned in a long time.

We are in a pandemic. I see numerous customers coming into the laundromat without a mask. Isn't it a state law for indoor businesses to require customers to wear a mask? I have to do my laundry every other week. I want to feel safe. Everyone should wear a mask! Employees should enforce this!

Went in to do laundry was told I needed a mask but was not provided with one I get it were in a middle of a crisis but if you require it you need to provide them, guy was rude while informing me will not be back ever
