I walked in and was greeted right away. After I signed in was taken to a chair by Andrea my stylist we went over how I wanted my cut. And cut my hair and beard exactly how we discussed. Then had the MVP treatment. Very satisfied with the service I was provided.

Drove across town to get a haircut here, walked in at 5:20 on a night they are supposedly open until 6:00 and was rudely told they were closed.

Owner Susan wrongfully terminated ME for being sick. I was also accused of lying about being sick. She clearly does not care about her employees. If you have any kind of mental health issues or other medical conditions I would not apply here so much so that I’m seriously considering a discrimination claim so that Susan the owner keeps medical information private that need to be private.

Sports Clips is my preferred hair salon for not just a haircut, but a relaxing shampoo and scalp treatment. They keep a record of previous visits so I don't need to explain what I want. They also trim my eyebrows which is great for an older person. What's fun about this place is they cut hair for kids, it's amusing to see, especially the kids that don't cry.

Very unpleasant experience today❗️I took my 11y old for a haircut today, we came back to Sports Clips again because he loved it the last time we were there. We walked in without an appointment, but were able shortly to get one, Tasha was very welcoming!The lady ( I don’t know her name) who serviced my son didn’t even engage with hm in any manner.My son called me over to show her the picture of his previous haircut so she could see, exactly how he wanted his hair cut! I specifically and kindly asked her not to cut his hair to short because of the texture and thickness of his hair, it is hard to style and requires extra time in the morning . My son’s hair was long and is very thick. I sat back in the waiting area, and after a couple of minutes I looked and saw her using hair clippers around his ear! I couldn’t believe it, that was not what we asked for, I stood up and walked up to her asking her not to cut it short but it was to late, she started cutting and snipping ? .On one side she cut way to short and uneven the other side was longer , the back was layered and way to thick, you could see exactly how she went through with the scissors. When I pointed it out to her, she replied to me with an attitude and blamed it on his hair and the way it is growing, she said I could fix it with product❗️I couldn’t believe what I heard, she was so rude and defensive over her poor job❗️❗️A asked an other stylist (Tasha) if she could fix my son hair, because first of all it wasn’t even close what we asked for uneven and way to short! My son was to shy to say anything and said that he will be wearing a hat to school ?It was so sad and frustrating❗️I would like to thank Tasha for being professional and kind and for helping us out to fix what could be fixed!

I had a great experience with Ryann. She took her time to ask me lots of questions about what I wanted to make sure I got the haircut I wanted and I'm very pleased with the results. I'll definitely be returning.
