Aiden was AMAZING. I walked in a minute before close not knowing they were closing he had no problem at all taking me and helping me with a project, had an amazing attitude and customer service. I haven't been treated with so much respect during this pandemic in so long. He's very knowledgeable and confident in his skills! I appreciate the staff at the printing center being so proactive tonight!

The guy that runs the printing area has always been extremely professional extremely fast has always been an absolute asset and everything I've ever needed, multiple times I've emailed stuff to be printed while I'm on my way to the store and by the time I get there he's got it printed up and at the cash register ready to bill me out if I could give 10 stars I'd give 11

Customer service on the floor was excellent however the cashiers need to be more attentive to who is standing in line waiting rather than letting those who walk up and by-pass the line all together.

The workers in this store avoided helping me at all costs. They did not want to do any work whatsoever. This place is depressing; left without buying anything and going straight to amazon.com

Nick in Printing is the BEST. Being a small business owner and member of some organizations, I have lots of small print jobs to take care of. I have had great luck at Staples, thanks in large part to a guy named Nick who works there, and his team of regulars. They get my stuff done fast and correctly first time. I've never had a bad experience with them.

This Staples is awful. One register open and had to ring in my order 4 tines on 2 different registers due to computer issues. My high school aged cashier was polite and apologetic....more than I could say fir the manager Ben. When called over fir assistance he seemed very uninterested and didn't apologize once for the inconvenience. After waiting to check out for about a half hour I got home and someone had obviously purchased the box of what I bought as it was all torn inside, instructions and power cord missing! I reformed it and went to the Staples a couple towns over.

There was a young man who helped me make copies of a picture for a project I was working on it was his first time working alone he was so nice and he tried so hard I believe his name was Chris one of the best experiences I've ever had thank you

I stand by my original review. Since my last review, I took my iPhone 6S somewhere else to get my screen repaired again. I did not want Staples to cause any further problems with my phone, and I especially didn't want them to have to send it out to their corporate office to fix it and be without a phone for an extended period of time. The new company that I brought my phone to this time could tell just by looking at it that I had already had the screen replaced before because the screen didn't fit right. He explained that there are many screws that hold an iPhone screen in place. He was shocked to find that the Staples tech who first fixed my screen had only put TWO screws back and used superglue to secure it! My phone is now fixed thanks to this new company, only took 25 minutes to do it, and it cost me $50 less than what Staples charged me. I'm disappointed not only that Milford Staples advertises a service they are not competent to perform, but also frustrated that I informed them something was wrong with the phone shortly after picking it up from them but was told the problem must have existed prior to their service.
