If I could give a zero I would. Don't waste your time going here because the customer service rep that helped me by the name of Howie, is so unprofessional and acts like a child!! He needs a serious lesson on providing good service and not talk down to customers. I live in Milford but I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF ONE BAD APPLE!! I will gladly drive all the way to Westborough because they have the best UPS store I have ever seen.
