Ordinarily good service but today....not so much! I waited to be directed to the next available garage bay and two other vehicles arrived 5 and 10 minutes after me. I saw the Manager instruct a representative to come out and she asked me to move to a spot and then proceeded to direct the other two vehicles. Both vehicles entered the building and I was still waiting for my open bay. No one came out to explain or coordinate a fair "First Come" practice. I waited another 5 minutes and left. I went down the street and was helped right away. The Manager at Jiffy Lube was so nice and professional, I gave him a $5.,00 tip. I will think twice with my next needed service when it comes to Valvoline "Not so Instant" oil change.

They lazy! I got there was one car inside for each line… I stop to wait my time outside, but nobody comes to say which one inside will leave first! To I move if needed… and then 4 people arrives after me and did everything and leave before me! They don’t come out any moment to say anything…

Went today for the first time to check fluids. I wish I knew his name. He checked everything I asked, filled the tires that I also needed and added washing fluid and said I was all set. Very honest. I told him I didn’t know much about cars and he could’ve said I needed this or that but he was very honest and I appreciate that a lot and will definitely come back again when needed. Again, I wish I knew his name. Very nice gentleman.

You need a better system when there are multiple cars in line. I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes and watched 2 cars get in before me and they barely had to wait. It’s about to be 3 cars now. I was told to stay in a specific lane while others were able to get in front of me in the other lanes. You need to triage cars based on when they get here. Pretty disappointing since the whole team just watched this happen and not once told the other cars I had been here longer.

I went in this morning for an oil change and was assisted by RJ.When he looked under my hood, he realized my valve cover gasket was broken and thus leaking oil into my car.He escorted me to the front of my car and explained the issue to me. He offered to still do the oil change, but explained that all the oil I'd be paying for would leak right out until I got my car fixed. He also explained that once a mechanic replaces the part, they do an oil change anyways so I'd be paying for an oil change twice.He also took the time to check under my car to see if my transmission pan or other parts of my car was damaged from the leak.The other employees, James and Ethan, also took a look and agreed that it would be a better choice for me to bring my car to a mechanic.Another gentleman, (I believe it was Joe?), came over and confirmed everything that had been said to me. He then offered to have all my fluids topped off free of charge.Lastly, RJ even wrote down the part I needed replaced. He then gave some recommendations for nearby mechanics.All in all, the team that was working this morning did a great job. They were honest and genuine and very respectful.Once my car is fixed, I'll be a returning customer!

Came in for an oil change and said my tire pressure was low. I was under the impression they're supposed to top you off for all refillables but I did specifically mention the tires. The tech told me my tires were now at 34. I started the car and my tire pressure light was still on, they only filled the back right tire.

I'm so tired of false advertising and bait and switch. Found a coupon for 29.99 conventional oil change. Only to be told at the store "my vehicle needs a synthetic blend" and conventional oil doesn't exist and it will cost almost triple the coupon. Pure bait and switch. Nothing on that coupon says anything about possibly paying more for synthetic blend. That is illegal, and you need to be exposed. Never again will Valvoline will ever see another penny of my $$. I prefer to do business with honest people.

Avoid Valvoline at All Costs!A Total LetdownDisappointing Service & Lack of AccountabilityPrepare yourself for a cautionary tale about my disastrous encounter with Valvoline. If I could give them zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat, because they truly earned it.My saga began with a simple oil change, a task that seems elementary for an auto shop. But lo and behold, Valvoline managed to bungle even this basic task. The oil filter was so poorly attached that my car turned into a modern art masterpiece with an oil slick running down the driveway. Not just once, but twice! When I brought up their incompetence, they vehemently denied any responsibility, insisting their shoddy workmanship wasn't to blame. How's that for customer service?I finally got them to see reason and they compensated with me with free oil changes and in an effort to set things correctly...a few oil changes later... the same thing happened again! It was the same merry go-round again!!!Their simple solution was .... we're going to deny your claim and refer you to our legal team.What's even worse is their blatant disregard for the environment. When I dared to mention the oil leak spreading onto the road, you'd think I was speaking a foreign language. These folks couldn't care less about the planet, proving that their greed outweighs any sense of responsibility.Valvoline clearly thinks they're above being accountable for their blunders and above caring for the environment. If you're in the mood for a headache and a hefty dose of frustration, by all means, choose Valvoline. But if you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this automotive disaster waiting to happen. Your car deserves better, and so do you!I believe that customer service should involve taking responsibility for mistakes and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. My experience at Valvoline fell far short of these expectations. Awful place. Threatened to call the cops because my father forgot his wallet after he said I was bringing him the wallet. Took me 5 minutes to get there. When I questioned why he threatened to call the cop he got into face and backed away quickly when my husband walked up. He offered to show the the footage of him “not” saying it. When I requested to see it he said “I have it but I’m not going to show you”. Manager came out and basically was also very rude as I’m telling him his employee is not conducting himself properly. And basically he’s unhelpful and then he says “so are you going to be paying that invoice?” As if I was complaining because my dad wanted a free service. I said it’s been paid and he asked what else he can do for me I said I’d like the contact for who ever can handle this guy. He said “that’d be me” and I explained to him he does not own the franchise and in sure someone else would like to know his employee got into a women’s face. Only person in the that has a brain was one other employee the profusely apologized for him manager and coworkers rudeness. This was definitely a racial profile issue. My father speaks broken English they were rude to him from the start. The minute my husband and I walked up they were pretending like nothing had happened until the situation was brought up and then they were almost ready to swing. Oh and lastly the manager said “you don’t have the right to file a complaint you weren’t the customer” FYI sir I paid for the service and I will be filing a complaint. Manager also refused to give me the employee name until I told him I’m legally entitled to that information.Service: Oil change
