I had such a great experience thanks to Jessica in the pharmacy! There was a mix-up, and she handled it quickly and professionally.
She was so kind, positive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process!! It was really refreshing to meet someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile to make things right. Thank you, Jessica!!

The people at the pharmacy are awesome. My Mom is 92 and was at urgent care. I called on a Sunday morning when they opened to see how long it would take for her prescription. The pharmacist told me to give him 20 minutes. He has it ready in that time. I appreciate him!

The service is bad. The attendants at the pharmacy are extremely rude and hateful, , customers have to basically plea to pick up medication. I don’t understand how and when did service become so ridiculously humiliating in North America . customers pay and then plea for dignity, because the attendants who are paid to be there , are on a bad mood or are just plain racists. Ridiculous, appalling, coercion of the customer.

Called today to ask about a medication that had been bsck ordered for weeks. Nobody calls to give me an update, when I called the pharmacist sounded annoyed to take a phone call and was remarkably unhelpful. People like this shouldn't have a job

Literally the best pharmacy in the area. I have never had an issue with getting my medication filled, the staff is always super friendly and they are always direct with explaining what each medication does. I highly recommend the pharmacy and it’s staff at this Walgreens!!!!

Had an issue with the delivery of a medication. FedEx did not come to pick up the prescription and I had run out while waiting. I don't have a car and didn't have anyone available to go get the medication. The store manager was a saint and personally brought me my medication as well as shared with me a better way to get my meds delivered in the future. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for helping me.

This is a great addition to the area! Jessica at the pharmacy is amazing, she is kind and personable and always willing to help you out! I knew her from the old Rite Aid and I'm so glad she's still in the area! Also the store is very clean and the staff are super nice as well.

Love the fast, efficient, friendly service I receive every time I go to the Milford, MA Walgreens. Jessica works in the pharmacy and I know I can count on the quality of care and accuracy that she delivers encounter after encounter. She is a valuable asset to Walgreens.

If I could give 20 stars for the pharmacy techs there, I would. Particularly this one young man named Kyle, who is patient, pleasant, professional, and unflappably and genuinely cheerful. Everyone else at the pharmacy department seems kind as well - the staff always seems like they enjoy working there, which is amazing - especially since the lines there do get long at times. The store currently is a bit cramped and looking a bit dingy around the edges (hence the 4 stars) but is moving, so it will soon be in a nicer bigger location. I hope all of the lovely staff moves with the store!!!
