They could’ve have had more options for dress shorts; however, I was still able to find a couple of nice pairs with what they had there. The lady we talked to at the register, Elizabeth, was very kind and social. I will definitely be coming back again.”

“Thank you Joe and Rose. I came in looking for a suit for my mother's wake back in December. It was a sudden passing no one saw coming. Rose seemed to drop everything and spent all her attention hooking me up. Joe had my suit tailored within an hour. The kindness I received went beyond customer service. There was genuine empathy and caring for a total stranger. Rose even threw in a tie, as if to say, "we're sorry." Believe me when I say that the merchandise in both stores is plenty enough reason to shop there. But When you experience something like this, you just know that there are many intangibles you're NEVER going to find in the chain stores and quite frankly, very few places of business period.
