I had a great experience with Carlos at the Millbury AT&T store. After dealing with two frustrating visits at other locations, Carlos really came through for me. He went above and beyond to fix everything and made sure I left happy. His friendly attitude and determination to help was amazing. If you need assistance, Carlos is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

I went into this store to start up a new account with the phone I currently have. At first it seemed I would have to make some phone calls and leave, but Carlos suggested a different option. He is very interpersonal, patient and an amazing asset to this store.
He offered me options I had no clue were even available. At one point, he had to fix my address on the computer and it was being silly, he was very persistent and got the job done! I am very happy to have accomplished my goal in coming here, and I felt valued as a customer. Carlos really put in 110% into making me feel like a person he was helping and not part of a sales pitch. Thank you!

Went into the AT&T store at the Millbury Mall, just to change my calling plan to save a little bit of money. After I walked out and I started getting the follow up Customer Service text messages I found out that the store employee without my knowledge placed a AT&T techplan on me for $25 a month that I never asked for so beware whenever you walk into that store, they will try to rob you without even saying anything to you.

Do not shop here. They offer credit to get you to sign on and never follow thru. Numerous visits and phone calls. Blatantly lie to your face then completely ghost you.

Bought my new phone about a month ago, along with an unlimited replacements screen protector. Brought it in a couple weeks after I bought it since it had already broken. Same guy that sold my phone replaced my screen protector no problem. Brought my phone in for a screen protector replacement again a week or so after, since it broke yet again. Guy told me AT&T doesn’t do unlimited replacements anymore, told me to go call corporate and get a refund. I said alright, I understand, and I left. Searched everywhere and couldn’t find information regarding the unlimited screen protectors ending. Called corporate, corporate said that, yes, unlimited screen protectors are still a thing. If I spend $45 dollars on an “unlimited” screen protector, that I’m allowed to replace whenever by stopping in the store, that should be honored until I don’t have this phone anymore. I’m not sure why I was lied to, maybe because the same associate that serviced me only twice before didn’t feel like putting on the screen-saver, or was fed wrong information, but it’s pretty disrespectful…

Milbury store likes making the sale but not the service ( I think it takes away from there sales time. Spoke with asst manager he said he was on it but three weeks later no call back which was promised. This was clearly a stall tactic in hope that I would forget. Instead I was transferred to another store. Not sure how you do business this way. Come to find out the person who totally messed up my account got her own store . I had an account with my wife I wanted to change it to me business but I had to by a tablet come to find out I was paying my bill but my wife was getting shut off apparently she was on the business and I was in a separate acct so I was never paying that acct and they canceled the Asuron acct which meant I had no insurance on my equipment very dishonest I. Addition the unlimited usage that I had was canceled and they gave my wife metered so she was going over in minutes every month. Does this seam fair. Now she has her own store. This is how you succeed . By giving the customer exactly what they what they said they don’t want.

I go to Verizon. How can you be this dishonest… soon as I get this persons name I will be posting it
