Met with Carlos today. His professionalism, customer service skills and over all knowledge was IMPECCABLE! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. As long as Carlos is working at this location, that’s who I’ll be seeing. AT&T, you’ve got an amazing employee working for you - I hope they’re well taken care of.

Since being a customer of AT&T for over 10 yrs, specifically at the millbury location, I must say I had the best experience recently working with Carlos. He was genuine, personable, super nice, and you could tell his best interest was for the customer. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood everything before I left. I will definitely be back to see him, Highly recommend to anyone to go to see Carlos!!

My wife and I met Alfe on 12/26 and the experience was amazing. He spent as much time as needed (3 hours) to fix issues and to insure we left with working phones, a plan that fit our needs and a smile on our face. Everyone there was friendly, approachable and courteous. Glad this store is close to my home and is as wonderful as they are. A great team of people.

I had the pleasure of working with the manager of this location, Jordan. I have to say that this was probably one of the most pleasant interactions I’ve had in a while as far inquiring about services. He knew exactly what he was doing, and very informative. He made sure he took his time to explain everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I will definitely recommend visiting this store.

I have no problem at all. Everything was good and smooth, I even saved some money. I got a new phone and was explained in layman’s terms how to use it properly. The sales people were polite and helpful. Everything was as simple and straightforward as it should be. Thanks for everything

I don't know anyone that would claim dealing with their phone company is the highlight of their day, at it's best it's usually filled with ups and downs. This was one of those high points.I am a first responder, and Firstnet customer, and have found that that adds complications for nearly al interactions in store or via telephone support. I suspect this is due to it just being a low volume service, it's not where the resources have been allocated to ensure smooth operations.This last set of experiences paralleled that narrative. I went from arguably the worst service I have gotten from any teleco at a nearby store, to the phenomenally helpful Nora and Evan at this one. They both took the time to understand the issue, worked hard to resolve the problem, and did it all with great attitudes and a friendly demeanor. If AT&T were composed of more people like them it would be a far better company, they are positive gems.

Great experience! If there was a “changing cell phone phobia” I would have it! I loathe it. Emmanuel was very helpful, low key, and had a solution for any glitch in the process. Highly recommend! I can say for the first time I am not dreading going back!

To be frank, this store sucks! Waiting over an hour almost two hours & only one person on the floor. Finally two other people come out from the back & they take people who came in after me. No system in place to take customers in order. Maybe I need to consider switching to Verizon. This place is a joke! Don’t waste your time coming here!
