Once again a complaint regarding the pharmacist at CVS in Millbury MA. I question her competence and certainly the customer service. Twice a prescription has been called in. Twice it has been filled and ready to pick up with text reminders. Twice the pharmacist has stated the doctor needs to approve - as he did... a week earlier with repeat calls. Twice the script has been ready to pick up, actually in the bin. Twice I was effectively denied the prescription due to the questionable pharmacist. Never once have I been able to pick up a prescription at CVS Millbury without an issue or problem which repeats ever time. Never had a problem at two other CVS nearby. Thanks CVS for denying me needed meds once for a week... CVS strongly needs to fix the vast problems... Start in Millbury.

First off just wanted to say the cashier was rude had to nerve to tell me how i should wear my mask told her i couldnt put it over my nose due to breathing and she told me "well none of us can breathe but we still put it over our nose" um rude

I had a coupon on the app for a free essie nail polish up to 12 dollars. I tried to use it and the very rude cashier acted like I was trying to steal a nail polish. Then she told me it was for a larger size, which the coupon doesn't state any particular size. I went and grabbed a different one and she raised her voice and yelled that it had to be a 12 dollar one. There are no 12 dollar ones, and the coupon says "up to 12 dollars ". Just moved to Millbury 5 months ago and decided to try CVS as it was so much closer than the Walgreens I had previously used. I've tried to fill 2 prescriptions. First time I waited and they told me they did not have my medication. The second time I dropped off in drive through. Got a text from them day later stating it was being ordered. I waited a couple days then called them. The pharmacist told me they were waiting for my doctor to call them back with prescription for a different dosage. I had never given permission for them to try to change my prescription!! When I questioned why I wasn't called to give my permission pharmacist just told me to come pick up my original prescription. I will travel to use Walgreens.

I visited CVS Pharmacy in Millbury, MA this past week. I am not very good with the photo machines there and this lovely person by the name of Rosa came to my aid and took the time to show me how it's done. Whenever I visit this Pharmacy she is always smiling and very courteous. Thank you, Rosa, for being an outstanding employee. CVS must be very happy to have you employed in Millbury, MA

Today I was going to CVS to print a picture. I went in and started working on their photo computers that are right next to the front desk. It was my first time using the picture computers and I noticed it was odd they were faced up but I figured maybe it was for the privacy of the customer.
