I wouldn’t Recommend coming into this store at this location. Me and my husband walked in looking for mens ring. This older lady pointed us to this little area and said we have these and some on clearance and just walked away. My husband was wearing a hoodie and a hat. After us walking around the whole store for more then 5 mins looking for more rings she then asked if we found something. How? If she didn’t help. It was obviously because my husband was dressed “differently”. We are members of Kay jewelers. My wedding ring is from there and my husband Jewlery as well. Just because he’s dressed down we didn’t get the same attention as always ? This older lady just didn’t want to help us. So we just left with nothing.

Every experience at this Kay's has been enjoyable and I have left happy. Most recently Rue helped untangle several of my necklaces as well as inspected and cleaned my collection of jewelry. Rue was incredibly helpful and was very friendly and caring. Thank you to everyone at this Kay's for making each visit a great experience!

Last month we purchased a bracelet and it broke. At the same time we also purchased the warranty.When we tried to return the bracelet they would not take the return they would only replace the bracelet. We explained the bracelet was poor quality and we did not want a replacement as it would only break again. They said they would only exchange the bracelet. Since we did not see anything else in the store at this time, we asked for a credit. Again she said no we had to get something today. WARNING ‼️ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KAY JEWELERS!!

Victoria was friendly, attentive, and intuitive.My school-age daughter was shopping for something special for her best friend. Victoria treated her like a person, not just a child. My daughter had a positive experience, learned how to compare and contrast different items, and weigh their value. We are very happy with our purchase, and even more so with the quality of customer care we received.Thank you, Victoria.

Tayjah and Brianna were awesome!!! super nice and personal. they also gave really good recommendations for my mom who was buying a chain for my brother. i would definitely recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a piercing or a chain.

The staff at this location are amazing to say the least! Michelle helped picked me & my partners engagement rings. She took her time with us & made sure we got what we wanted & went through every detail with us. Everyone is so welcomed there & they are all willing to give a helping hand. This for sure will be my go to store in the future. Thank you so much for our beautiful rings & being part of our special journey!

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD ! A purchase was made not even 30 days ago. My item was purchased 5/11 given as a gift for Mothers Day and 5/18 it broke. My fiancé called the store spoke with a female unfortunately a name was not given and we took their word that we could go to the store to do an exchange as they mentioned on the phone .. I went today for the exchange and Brianna and Michelle, and not even the third body there were not of assistance don’t care for her name.. MICHELLE STORE MANAGER basically said I lied and no one in the store would ever had said to come in to return a broken item . Michelle would not return nor exchange item because it was broken .. It hasn’t even been 30 days since purchase and with receipt that made zero since. This store really lacks in customer service .. DO NOT GO TO KAYS IN MILLBURY FIRST AND LAST TIME ANYTHING IS PURCHASED AT THIS LOCATION. WILL NOT RETURN !

I went in to this location after deciding to upgrade my wedding rings for my tenth anniversary. I went into the store dead set on getting a rose gold set as I love pink! Well after I was pleasantly greeted the moment I walked through the door I was approached by Michelle. She was extremely excited to help me find the perfect set so my original set could be put away as a sentimental heirloom piece for when my son grows up. I felt so special the entire time that I was there. I tried on like 20 pieces and ultimately went back to a stunning yellow gold set that just sparkles so. I never felt pressured to buy anything or spend more money than I was comfortable with. The financing process took a minute and was completed by another wonderful associate named Emily. I was lucky enough that my fingers are “case size” so I was able to walk out with my brand new set on my finger. They went above and beyond to explain the LPP and the rules behind it. What is included and even though I wore my freshly cleaned and sparkly set out of the store, they still gave me the ring box in case I need to put it away. Michelle made sure to fully explain the grade and all the specs of my Diamond. I couldn’t be happier with the personalized service I received at Kay’s in Millbury. If you are looking for a store to make you feel comfortable and not pressured, This is absolutely the store to go to!! I will also say that I have been to multiple Kay’s locations and I will be going no where else after receiving such wonderful service. Thank you Michelle and Emily for making my anniversary upgrade experience so wonderful.
