Went to sephora on Saturday. I asked the girl who was working there to please help me find a foundation match, she proceeds to grab a foundation which is at least 4 shades darker than me, I mentioned that I was thinking something between a couple of numbers. Her response was: there's sponges there, you can try them on. Wow.. OK, I could've done that myself, but I wanted a "professional" opinion... never going back

I had been tracking a particular item that was listed for sale. This was meant as a birthday present. I was greeted by Jean. The item was no longer on sale by the time I got to the store. Explaining to me that sales just changed overnight from Sunday to Monday. The sale price was still honored, even though a day late! Thank you! Thank you!

I did a store survey today 5/19/2024 and forgot to mention the great cashier I had. Her name was Tammy and she was so friendly and helpful. It was nice to be greeted by a smiling face. Kohls in Millbury is lucky to have her as an associate.

I was in Kohl’s worker with and Elz they were so good and helping me find everything that I need. It was amazing. I would definitely go back to that store.
