I had a great experience here with my wife. She needed something casual for a ladies time out.The sales associates were very friendly. They assisted her and made sure she had lots to choose from for her outing.Ladies can find their casual but stylish clothings here. Clothings here have a unique touch. Pants, jeans, shoes and other accessories can be purchased here.Well laid out shopping floor. I loved being here.

I was disappointed by my last visit to the Loft. While I was able to find what I came in for (a few pairs of professional pants), I felt uncomfortable due to behavior by some of the sales associates working there at the time I was shopping. While I was checking out, two of the associates held up a dress and insisted it was marked incorrectly stating, "The two of us could fit in this dress!" The Loft recently added a plus-size clothing line to be more inclusive. Please explain to me how that kind of behavior is inclusive?! I'm a size 10 for pants, and was worried the associate checking me out at the counter would start playing along and shaming me for my size. Not everyone fits into a smaller size of clothes. Women come in all shapes, and body shaming should never be acceptable. Certainly not by a brand that claims to be welcoming and inclusive to all body types! Last time I'll go to the Millbury location.

High price, and shopping there very uncomfortable. Saw 2 staff hold up a dress and stood behind it laughing stating "No way is this a medium." Women come in all shapes and sizes. Body shaming is not ok. This will be the last time I shop at The Loft.

My daughter and i came in 20 minutes to closing. She needed to find the perfect look for an interview the next day. The two women that were there are super heroes! Kept up with us and had a great ideas. Thank you so much for your help, understanding and humor!
