Excellent service, honest assessments, & fair pricing. What you see is what you get at Millbury Auto and what you get is salt of the earth people who take their job seriously and are good at it. Carlo and team have taken care of my wife and I’s vehicles for years from basic maintenance issues such as oil changes and tire rotations to more complex issues they have always delivered and left me feeling like family. Cannot recommend them enough. The best mechanic in central Mass, & I’d argue- all of Mass.

A locally owned and operated shop in the heart of Millbury you can trust. Half the price for an oil change than the local dealer & they were able to sneak me in for the service on the same day!

Millbury Auto is hands down just amazing. Both Carlo and Julie are beyond helpful and friendly even when they are super busy. I stopped by to see if Carlo could repair a bit of damage to the rear wheel area of my car. He took care of it right on the spot. On a previous occasion, he was able to repair multiple issues with my son's car. They are true professionals, helpful, and reasonable! Can't recommend them high enough!! Millbury is lucky to have them!

Hands down one of the nicest mechanics/owners I have ever met. I’ve gone a few times and each time their team went out of their way to help me out. I think he’s the owner but today one of the guys plugged my tire in the pouring rain!! All of that with a smile. He was thorough too and kept checking his work. You can tell he takes pride in doing things with excellence and cares for his customers. I highly recommend.

Millbury Auto is great! Fair and transparent pricing, no gouging, and more than once they've taken the time to explain things wrong with my car that I didn't understand. My husband and I are both trying to squeeze more time out of our aging vehicles and Millbury Auto has been nothing but excellent for both preventative maintenance and big repairs!

This review is of the customer service only. A few days ago I was driving on the highway when a rock column fell off a truck and hit the front end of my truck. It blew up my tire and ended up doing quite a bit of engine damage (I didn’t know how much at the time). It was a bad day and being stranded for quite some time. I made a lot of phone calls that day but the best one was to this business.
My truck needed to be towed and this was the highest rated place near me. I called and the nice woman on the other end listened to my story. Her first reaction: asking me if I was ok! Nobody had asked me that (minus my wife). The woman was sweet and they had no problem with me getting my truck towed there. Further interactions were professional and respectful. In the end our insurance company towed the truck to another place on their list of accepted places. However, if I was allowed to I would have been completely been happy for this business to work on my truck.
Truck ended up being a total loss btw in case you wanted an ending to the story.
