“Would give all the stars if I could. Yolanda and her team are the absolute BEST. Such an insane, healthy selection of food. All treats and toys have the best in mind with health as well. I just brought my 1yr old Siberian Husky to get groomed and Liz did AMAZING. Being a new Husky owner, we are learning as we go and they've been there every step of the way. My other pup (Boxer/St Bernard) goes to see Natasha this coming Saturday and I cannot wait! Set up recurring grooming appointments as my dogs found their forever store for all their food, treats, and grooming needs!”
“First time here today. Our family just bought a bunny and we had nothing for her. We were able to find everything at this place and the owners were incredibly helpful. Even carried everything out for me (I bought a large cage I was unable to carry).”
“This store located just south of the Rt 9 and Rt 135 interchange is pretty nice. The plants are protected from the harsh sun near the door and were in good condition inspite of being on clearance, the tomatoes etc. The cashier Brian was helpful finding what I was looking for. The store setup is a modified version of the store I use more often and clean. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.”
“Tony dropped everything to be able to help my 3 kitties. I found out the Natural Balance cat food was being discontinued in 50%+ Petsmarts and Petcos. I learned that Tony’s Pet Oasis was one of 2 places near me that would be selling this product. I messaged them on Facebook and explained my situation. I went in store a few days later and Tony sat with me and ordered all of the flavors my cats eat for me. He got them in so quickly and messaged me on Facebook when they were in store and ready. He now sells them on his shelves. He literally made my life so much easier and I don’t need to worry right now. Thank you Tony and team!”
“My young rescue dog would absolutely not let anybody touch his nails for trimming. He is very mellow and kind unless you attempt to touch nails. He got terribly agitated and restless. Went to Petco, no help. The vet said he would need to be completely sedated.
His nails were so sharp and scratched my grandchildren when he jumped.
I finally found Lauren at Fuzzy Pants on Shrewsbury St.
She is a miracle worker.
His nails were cut with very little problem. I am grateful for Lauren and will be returning in 4 weeks.”

“This is by far the best PetSmart I have been to. The animals are so well cared for and loved. I spoke to both Jill and Nicole and they were such amazing caretakers. They were so knowledgeable and well spoken when it came to all of the animals. I personally came to adopt a hamster and they both helped me find the right hamster for me. They made sure I understood what I should do in order to take care of the hamster.
On top of that, the animals at the store are so healthy and have tons of positive enrichment. That is what keeps us coming back, it’s the quality of care they show the animals. I could not be happier with my experience.”

Wow, just noticed someone else’s one star review because there was a sticker over a tear in a bag of dog food. Really??? So you want them to throw away an entire brand new bag of dog food due to a small tear in the bag? Very wasteful. And I’m sure if you brought the bag back they would’ve let you exchange it for another bag. Really crazy to give a negative review due to that.”
