Walked in to get some cat food today and I was asked several times by different employees if I needed help, or needed to find anything in particular that they could help me with. And oddly enough, all the different employees within the areas of the store were either smiling or laughing as they interacted with customers. Store was very clean very organized

I had an excellent experience today in Millbury PetSmart. His name was Mike. I had my Puppy with me after grooming and needed a harness that fit properly. He was so wonderful with myself and my puppy!

It was my first time at this store and I was impressed by the cleanliness, layout, signage and amount of sales I saw throughout the store. I was able to sign up for an account at checkout. The lady answered my questions and was friendly and knowledgeable. She even offered my dog a treat after checking out. We'll be back. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Most devastating this happened here with me , I tried to get a guinea pig and then tried to me get two because they were bonded , and when someone offered to help me pay for the other Guinea pig the associate made another excuse for me not to get the Guinea pig. I’m very heartbroken that I didn’t get it

Took my pet here.... he came out as dumb as he was when he went in. I think the name is just a gimmic. Good prices and decent selection of products.

This PetSmart is really good if your looking for an easy in and out shopping experience. The crickets are kept pre bagged (and actually alive!). You could also ask an employee to get you crickets as well. Good selection of tanks for fish as well as food and medicine. Bonus points for the cats, they seemed well cared for. Staff is also incredibly friendly.

Me and my Dad brought our fat cat Luchie here for a grooming appointment back in late 2020. They took good care of him. Then a few weeks later Luchie got sick and passed away 2 days after New Year's Day 2021. I miss him...

The staff was very knowledgeable about hamsters and their needs. They have the animals best interest in mind when helping with supplies. The animal manager ensured that everything was safe and humane, even putting back items that weren't. They even stayed past closing time helping me and informing me about care.
